My previous solar provider is now defunct, but Voltage Pro was assigned my Enphase system as the new default service provider. When I moved to a new home, I wanted to get an affordable local provider after hearing terrible things about Tesla's solar service. Brenda from Voltage Pro came out in person within a week and took drone shots and asked questions and got me a quote very quickly. I had a unique situation with 400A split service between two buildings and she was able to get with her engineers and figure things out. The price was very competitive and affordable! She knew all the nuances with FPL and her install team was on-time and finished everything within 2 days. I am very impressed with Voltage Pro as a company and highly recommend them to anyone looking to install solar in Florida.

I am out of their service area, but BRENDA is SO good I want to move where she services! She spoke with me briefly about my options and UNLIKE any typical salesman she described all the pitfalls with various products I was considering. This woman should be in the Solar Hall of Fame. You would be LUCKY if she did your system.

I did my research. I am kind of meticulous about that sort of thing. I got quotes (in person, no satellite jockeys). Brenda at Voltage Pro impressed me the most. Not only did she bring the best numbers to the game, she brought information that no one else was telling me. We talked size of the system and limitations and what to expect from the power company. When we hit the go button and the installation day came the crew (not contractors) got right to it. They were efficient and professional. Brenda kept me informed every step of the way and helped me work with getting Duke Energy to correct my address in their system. They system has been generating power since June 1, 2023 and as of today it has been just over a month. I am quite happy with the entire process and thankful I went with VoltagePro.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Can't say enough good things about the installers, the product and how refreshing it was to deal with a person (Brenda) that really knows her business. The follow through by Brenda was above and beyond. I've had the panels for 12 months now and it's obvious the system works as advertised, generating all my electric needs. Actually, so far YTD, due to the lack of rain and extra sunny days, our system has generated more than I am using, YTD produced 61.5kWh, consumed 44.8kWh. The 37% surplus will come in handy the rest of the year.

Contracted to have a battery backup installed at our home in 2022. Got competing bids and their price was excellent. Brenda and her team were great to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Voltage Pros installed an 11.5kWh microinverter system with Panasonic panels. They handled all the design, permitting and FPL net metering paperwork. Best value after shopping around locally and through energysage.com. Overall very pleased with the result.

First off Brenda did a wonderful job very honest and easy to deal with. The price was excellent service was outstanding, and it’s nice dealing with an honest company and person like Brenda, that explain everything in detail.

I'm not sure I could think of anything this company could have done better. Their price was the best one we received - considerably lower $ than the others, and we didn't even haggle for it. They did a great job on the installation. They were helpful, responsive and polite. A great job at a great price and timely. What more could you ask for? They come with my highest recommendation!

I spent a lot of time investigating solar products and companies. It takes information to make a good and wise decision in this kind of purchase. Brenda was more than forthcoming with her personal experience with solar and her knowledge of products that Voltage Pros installs. The installation process went smoothly. The team was very professional. They were willing to talk to a nosy homeowner and answer questions about the process. The site was cleaned up daily and a progress update given with a time promised for return next day. The installation is neat and of high quality showing pride in workmanship. We did run into a few hiccups with defective equipment from the vendors. The problems were identified quickly and repaired in a timely manner. It took several trips due to manufacturer warranty requirements, but Brenda and her team were on top of it the entire time. When a return was required, they showed up on time and made sure the repairs were done correctly and the system operating as required. Brenda was on top of Duke Energy to get my interconnection approved and meter turned on. She called Duke on my behalf to get approvals and the meter switched. This was a very satisfying experience. Voltage Pros is top notch. I'm more than pleased to have had them on my roof installing my system. You won't go wrong with them.

We had a really good experience with Voltage Pros for our residential solar panels. Like many people, we were interested in producing our own clean electricity while also having a reasonable investment. Voltage Pros price was competitive and Brenda did a good job explaining all the ins-and-outs of solar panels and utilities. I am an electrical engineer and everything discussed was on-point. After we signed the contract Brenda managed the permitting to installation process with excellent and proactive project management. She kept us informed every step of the process without being asked or prompted. Matt, Tyler, and Alan performed the installation. They were polite, neat, and kept us informed of their progress. We were really impressed with their work. From our initial solar panel research, through purchasing and installing, to producing our own electricity, our experience with Voltage Pros has been first class.

Voltage Pros designed and installed our 21,000 Watt home solar system in a timely and professional manner. They were pleasant and worked hard to finish our system once our building permit was approved. I highly recommend them.

Why not get solar, especially in Florida? In my case it will pay for itself in 7 years, and I expect the life of the system to be at least 20 years. Given the historical rate increases by the power companies solar is a clear winner. I have had solar installed on 2 homes (one in California, one in Florida) so I have some experience with solar companies. Working with Voltage Pros (Brenda and her crew) was a wonderful experience. They always kept me informed and answered all my questions. I interviewed 3 other companies, all of which were good, but I felt the most comfortable with Voltage Pros. I'd definitely hire them again if the opportunity arrises.

I started out 6 months ago by looking at various solar companies to find out who can best deliver the best and affordable products for what I need. There were more than 10 responded, and Voltage Pros was one of them. Some contacted us on the phone and email, some came to my house. John Williams from Voltage Pros was one who came to my house to do a presentation. I was very impressed with his sales and felt trusted with what/who/when/why questions. Believe me, trustworthy, is a big deal. I found out that some Solar Companies weren't legitimate and beat around the bush with costs and installations. Some were selling other products other than Solar. Some were just rude and just out for the bucks. But John Williams and Voltage Pros package, didn't change a bit from the first presentation. And they have all the documents ready to support their package. They even explained everything into details and how/when/what/who it works. As I weeded out the few competitors, Voltage Pros just stood out because of their excellent customer services, trustworthy, their responses to my endless questions in quick times, their flexibility with the payments, installation and most important of all the cheapest. So, they won my contract. Everything went smoothly after that. The installers managed to complete the whole installation in 3 days, due to the afternoon rain and thunders. They worked non-stop racing against the weather. All the paper works and connection with FPL went smoothly too. Voltage Pros office staff were on top of everything making sure that I am being informed and ensure that I complete my parts too. Today, I am on solar and my pool is heating up too for the first time. I am so happy and Voltage Pros made it all happen with an ease. They are respectful, understanding, engaging, and just provided you with real time information to all my needs. Their solar package is the best and I highly recommended to anyone. The BEST.

I found Brenda to be straight forward and honest. I had a few company's trying sell you as many panels as possible even thought it would have been expensive and inefficient. Brenda showed me my options, explained to me in detail how pros and cons of each option and was very flexible on changes I decided on. I had old solar panels which had to be removed for work on my roof and this was the only one of two company's that were interested in doing the work. The two men that came out to do the work were very professional and did a great job. The wiring was neat and clean and the inspections went very smoothly. I would recommend getting a quote from Voltage Pros first and you can use as a baseline for all the other quotes.

Voltage Pros did a great job listening to what we had in mind and executing that plan. We have a full bank of solar panels and are reaping the benefits!

Pros: they were the best value for the money Honest and upfront. Con: dont really know any. Two points: 1.Solar loan is expensive (added 10k to the coat of the job 2. if you make lots of money, the credit kinda doesnt do you any good

Decided to choose Brenda and her team, because she gave most impressive and informative presentation to sell her product. Needed also to change electrical meter to another site. This was also done by Voltage Pros team. Brenda coordinated her electrician Ben, building inspector and Duke e. personnel to be in our house when needed and this was all done without any blackout -very difficult and most impressive, thanks. Many thanks to Tayler, who did great job installing our panels. Thank you all for fantastic well done job.

Brenda and her team provided tier 1 equipment at significantly less than other competitors that quoted out project. They were diligent in completing the job as forecasted. They were careful to make the install look right and always left the property clean. They were also very easy to talk to and provided great support in working with the Town, Duke Energy, and in answering my questions. Top notch service.

John took the time and the effort to come out and assess my Brevard Solar PV system, even though he and Voltage Pros had nothing to do with the company that installed it. He then went to the FPL web site and extracted my usage data for the last year and graphed it to determine whether my system was operating at top performance. John did all of this without any compensation, even when I asked him if I could pay for his services. If ever I need maintenance or repair, this is where I'm going to get it!

I had a solar array installed about 2 years ago by Brevard Solar who has since gone out of business.Two weeks ago my inverter flashed an error message and my array shut down. Who do I call?? I e-mailed the salesperson ( John Williams) from the original company with my issues hoping to get guidance. He now works for Voltage Pros. He contacted the inverter company who via wifi determined that the unit was bad. Four days later a new unit was at my door. John then stopped by and installed the new inverter for me. ( The inverter and installation were covered by warranty) To get this superb service from a company I never did business with was truly amazing! BTW in the two years I have had my 8975W array I have yet to incur a monthly bill other than the $9.75 line charge .Most of that cost was covered by the year end cash credit that I got by sending excess power back FPL via net metering.

Brenda at Voltage Pros is very affordable, knowledgeable and responsible. I've been shopping for years and got a great review from a friend and fellow electrical engineer. She's easy to work with and has a great crew. I'm so glad I didn't go with others that emphasize advertising.

From start to finish it has been a pleasurable experience and regular communication. I first contacted Voltage Pros due to a failure of my 2 year old solar system installed by a defunct company. I was so impressed by their professionalism and knowledge about solar that I decided to hire them to not only fix my system, but to expand it from 28 to 65 panels and from one inverter to three. They delivered each milestone they promised and went above and beyond on issues they ran into along the way to ensure the job was done right. Even now that my system has been up and running for a few months they continue to monitor it through the inverter manufacturer’s portal. They will contact me to let me know that certain error messages generated by the system are normal or that they have reached out to the manufacturer to discuss the error and the issue is something they have come out and addressed or was due to the manufacturer’s firmware. In either case, Voltage Pros was proactive and did it on their own and I didn’t have to do anything to prompt them for service. I can’t say enough good things about Brenda, Tyler, and John. They are honest hard working people that care about their work. You won’t be sorry you hired Voltage Pros!!

In the many dealing's I have had with contractors, Brenda Probasco should hold her head high. Her team did an excellent job & was attentive to the needs of this homeowner. Always keeping me informed of the progress through the installation. What to expect at each step. She stands tall at the top, very professional.

We loved our experience with Voltage Pros! Brenda is wonderful and knows so much about solar that you know she's not just selling a product but she believes in it 100%!! It was under 30 days from the time we signed the contract to the time it went live. We has such a great experience and have been producing solar energy for about a week now. Can't wait for my next Duke bill but I can see through the app that we are producing solar so the Duke bill will definitely be lower!

The flexibility of the company was awesome, great communication. They got me what I needed to get generating power, and they didn't stop until everything was perfect. Did my homework, and voltage pros can’t be beat on service, product and price.

After interviewing representatives from five companies that provide solar installations, we chose Voltage Pros. Like many of the other companies, Voltage Pros people were friendly and informative. We went with Voltage Pros, however, because they offered the best price. Once we signed the contract, we were very pleased. Everything went so smooth. Everyone behaved so professionally. Our solar panels were installed in a very timely manner. Communication was great. I wish that all our business dealings could be more like our relationship with Voltage Pros.

They installed my 37 panel system in record time and did it meticulously!!

Brenda was a pleasure to work with as she was prompt, knowledgeable, and communicated in all forms whether email, phone, text, or in person. Not only were they the best price, but made me feel truly comfortable with contracting them for the work. My system has been installed for about 6 weeks now and flipped with Duke for about 4 weeks. Voltage Pros finished a partially installed - rails and the wrong inverters - from a company that went bust. They did as well as I could have hoped considering the mess that the other company left.

After the nightmare of the previous company I contracted with went bankrupt, taking 2/3 of the contracted price and leaving us with only rails on our roof. Dave & Brenda with Voltage Pros stepped up and gave us a good price to complete the job. All went smoothly and I am very satisfied. Brenda worked tirelessly getting the permitting straightened out and getting Duke Energy's paperwork submitted. Meter was installed a few days after installation. P.S. While righting this review Dave with Voltage Pros called and came by to change my WiFi connection/password because we got a new router. Great customer service.

After my original solar company went out of business mid-install, Voltage Pros, Inc was there to help pick up the pieces. Dave and crew were able to work with the partially completed items, install the panels and inverters, then pass the inspection without any more delays. FPL installed my meter a few days later and We have a working solar generation plant. My system has been in service for a few months now and my largest electricity bill has been $28 (down from $160)! I can’t thank Voltage Pros enough with a big thank you to Lori! I would definitely use this company again for ANY electrical needs!

I elected to proceed with Voltage Pros for my residential solar installation and I’m glad I did. Brenda contacted me in a timely manner to provide an update on the status of my system. She said they would deliver and install the system on a Monday, which they did. The crew of 4 was professional and competent and the installation went well and looks great, both in and outside the house. The system was fully functional immediately, and Voltage Pros assisted with the final inspection and new meter from TECO, but of which went well. My system has been operating flawlessly since April 2020, dramatically reducing my electric bill. For those on the fence, count me as a ver satisfied customer.

Voltage Pros installed my 7,000 Watt system in 2015. A year later I had them install additional panels. A year after that I had my panels removed and reinstalled when I had my roof replaced. After selling my house in 2018, I had Voltage Pros install a brand new 10,150 Watt system at my new home. I had many encounters with them. Every person was very professional and understanding of my needs. I know I got the best price and by far the best solar company. Their "after installation service" makes me feel secure knowing that help is just a phone call away for any issues i may have (they are few and far between).
