A Fantastic Solar Installer!
Our previously contracted solar installer left the business abruptly this past fall just prior to scheduled installation, and our contract was picked up graciously by Buck Wilcox at Volt Modern. Despite a busy schedule, Volt Modern exceeded all of our expectations with careful review and modification of previous plans, execution of the project on time, and with superb professionalism throughout the project. Communication by Buck, Sean, Jared, and Mike was commendable and the project was performed efficiently and quickly. Kristen, the assistant manager, worked tirelessly in the office to seek PG&E approval and certification of the project despite their painful and slow administrative process. I cannot be more positive than to highly recommend them for your solar needs in the future. No-Pressure Company with Incredible Work Ethic
This company performed above and beyond our expectations. We had reached out to Buck with roof repairs and were pleasantly surprised to discover that they also specialized in solar installation. So impressed by the initial plan meeting that Buck convened on our driveway with both crews to make sure that everyone knew their tasks and that all of us were included in the decision-making process. The crew - Memo, Jose, Antonio and Gasper - were friendly, professional and thorough. Sean, the solar lead, answered all of our questions and walked us through the process from beginning to end. We never felt pressured, it was affordable, and their work ethic was incredible. Highly recommend this company for all your roofing/solar needs.
