This was URE`s first installation in North Carolina, and they made some mistakes regarding the financial analysis and the required approvals. However, they immediately corrected the situation or compensated me when the issues were identified. URE ahndled everything, including approval by the HOA. This "turn key" approach was highly appreciated. In NC, we have the option of net metering or PPN (where we sell all the produced power directly to the utility and are paid at a premium rate). For systems over 2KW the latter system makes more financial sense.

The completion of the installation was delayed due to GA Power scheduling not the installer`s.

We knew this was going to be a big investment, and URE walked us through the entire process and made us feel comfortable with the production, the cost, the materials... everything! We didn`t really know all that much about solar PV, but now we are so well informed. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone interested in solar electric. They are specialists and it shows. Thanks!
