horrible customer service
I had a roof installed on a new house. They made me spend thousands of dollars on conduits and then never used them. They installed a system that is more than 10% less capacity than what I agreed to. They have a different person connecting with me every time I get a random text from them (that is the only way they communicate as they do not respond to phone calls). It has been several months since my roof was completed and I have yet to be able to turn it on. This has been an exceptionally frustrating experience. The actual guys installing the roof were absolutely fine, but they also complained about the interaction they have with corporate Tesla.

Lying and cheating representation.
This company has a rep. by the name of Justin Hopkins. I been dealing with him since September and still don't have a system installed. He tried to have me go with outside companies besides Tesla Energy including his own. Promised the world but can't deliver anything besides lies. I chose Tesla Energy for their reputation but quickly discovered its not true at all. Be aware of this company and their agents. It's a scam!
