I highly recommend working with TerraSol for your solar panels. We decided over the summer we wanted to try to get our solar panels installed before the federal tax credits expired. TerraSol was easy to work with from start to finish. Brett came out to meet with us and explain every step along the way. He was very straight forward and there were no surprises. I did not feel like he was trying to upsell us on anything and he just felt honest. Everyone was rushing to get their solar panels installed before the end of the year and we were first told it would be December but because TerraSol wanted to help more customers, they hired more people can got us installed a month earlier than we expected. The installation was simple and everyone was very nice. It was incredibly windy the first day of install, so the workers had to stop for safety (for themselves and as not to damage the solar panels). They were very communicative and told us they would come back in the next week but weren't sure of exactly when but then they finished the very next day. Brett contacted us after install to make sure we were happy and also met with us again to make sure we understood everything. TerraSol also did all the paperwork for permits and approvals making it very easy on our part.

From the moment we started working with Rob and TerraSol, we knew it was going to be a great experience. Our entire experience with Rob and all the folks at TerreSol Energies was wonderful! We built a new home and Rob's advice and design of our system was thoughtful and thorough. It was head and shoulders above the other outfits we spoke with. The crew who executed the installation was efficient, personable and kind. They were careful to protect our home throughout the process and completed their work in less time than they quoted. The office personnel was thorough in making sure all of our documentation was in order for getting our system registered with our utility company, and for our eligibility for federal tax and state grant purposes. They handled everything! From beginning to end, TerreSol exceeded our expectations and we give them our highest recommendation.

We had initially contracted with another company in January 2023 to install a solar panel system on our house. As of August 2024, it was still not done. On the recommendation of a friend, we contacted TerraSol Energies. In two months, they had assessed the work that had been done, revived the expired permit, ordered parts and finished the installation. When a power surge damaged some parts, they sent someone out promptly to evaluate and fix the problem. All of our dealings with the people of this company have been pleasant and professional. We highly recommend this company.

We had our solar system installed by TerraSol at the end of 2024 and couldn’t be happier with it. They provided easy to understand options at very competitive prices, perfect installation that looks great, clear communication about what to expect so there were no surprises, and amazing customer service. They were incredibly easy to talk to about learning our options and didn’t pressure sell at all… we had been going back and forth about getting a solar system for 2 years but regret not doing it sooner considering how things went with TerraSol. Even after the final payment they have continued to respond immediately to any questions we have. I highly recommend talking with them if you’re even thinking about installing a solar system, it was so easy working with them!
