Great experience from start to finish!
After working with a different company for several months and making very little progress, we decided to check out Angie's List of installers in our area. We had Angie send emails to all of them; we got an immediate response from Terra Solar (btw, the only response). They were visiting with us within 24 hours, explaining everything in great detail and to our satisfaction, and we decided to sign a contract. The company provided very detailed information about the process that would take place from beginning to end, provided written documentation for the work they were proposing and answered any of our questions immediately. We signed the contract on January 9 and the installation was fully complete and operational by February 23. The completion date was well ahead of the estimated time of completion. The longest delay in this sequence was getting a response from the city for the building permit!
