No support/warranty
Really wanted to support local small business so went with Tea Solar. Great customer service and support when they were trying to make the sale. However, little to none after deal is sealed. I had two faulty inverters in the first 3 years of having the system, costing me a huge electric bill. I am in my fourth year now and one of my inverters just went out AGAIN. Called/emailed TEA Solar but they don't even know when someone can come out until the following week. I am very, very, very disappointed and would not choose them again nor recommend them to anyone I know in the future. All their talks about guaranteed performance, monitoring etc are just a bunch of BS. Save yourself some headaches by going with a more reliable and prominent company who will stand behind the equipment they install.

Warranty Issue
Our solar system went down last week. I have been calling for 3 days to get someone out to repair the system and have yet to receive a return phone call.
