Excellent Customer Service
Purchasing solar panels from SunState was unexpectedly easy and uncomplicated. They have figured out the process and the pitfalls (including financing) from start to finish. There were no frustrations or disappointments. The customer service was excellent. We highly recommend them.

SunState Solar has been a pleasure to work with. Glenn was thorough in his explanations each step of the way as well as responsive and flexible. Jeremy was extremely helpful and patient with filling out the paperwork! The customer service was impeccable, making us feel like their most important customer! We have already seen the benefits in our solar after only 2 months!

Thorough, efficient and seamless process
Glenn and his team were all wonderful to work with -- extremely communicative and took time to walk us through any questions we had. They definitely do the heavy lifting as far as permits and such, which was a relief to us. They also gave us thorough, step-by-step instructions for the solar tax credit process. Would 100% recommend.

Highly Recommended Solar Company
If you’re looking to go solar, I highly recommend Sunstate Solar. Knowledgeable, easy to work with and prompt after the sale responses. System design was to offset about 60% of our electric use and performance is exceeding expectations. Last month I was happily surprised with a $12 electric bill. The solar app is easy to use and lets you see exactly how the system is operating. I worked with 4 companies before selecting Sunstate. The installation went smoothly and their work was excellent. They handled all the paperwork with PNM prior to install and helped with the NM rebate process post install. Again, highly recommended.

PV installation done right!
Our system was installed mid-October 2020, and we've been enjoying electric bills of just over $8/month since. The installation went very smoothly without any hiccups. We highly recommend SunState Solar for installation of residential photovoltaic systems!

Excellent customer service and performance

Highly recommend SunState Solar
Owner Glenn Felty of SunState Solar made our presentation. It sounded good, and the price was lower than other solar companies we contacted. It was difficult to be patient for a month or so while the paperwork and permits were finished and filed. It was also easy since Glenn and Jeremy Burnell did all of that work. Install was done in a day, electric inspection was done the next day and we were online. The panels look great on our tile roof and are producing nearly all of the power estimated for our install. Seriously, this was a very easy process. SunState Solar was upfront about everything connected with the process and fulfilled every promise of the agreement. We're 2 months into our use and have routinely gotten follow-up calls and emails to make sure we're happy and to answer any questions we have. I highly recommend SunState Solar.

If you are looking for solar go with SunState they are the best!
Two of our sons have had solar put on their homes and both were nightmares. So when we started looking around we were scared. Aldofo came and explained everything to me. That is when Glenn got involved. He explained everything to me in plain english. Every deadline that he promised was right on track. The workmanship is outstanding. They read our meter today for the 1st time since everything has been up and running. Don't think I have ever been so excited to get an electric bill. SunState Solar is by far the best choice we could have gone with. If you are considering solar don't go anywhere else.

Highly recommended
We highly recommend SunState Solar. The whole process was very transparent and easy from the beginning. The initial introduction and proposal was performed remotely utilizing aerials of our home’s roof configuration. The installation of our 9 panels took just over one day. I was particularly impressed with some of the refinements that they offered at no extra charge. First, since the panels needed to be installed in the front of our house, they offered an “all black” panel that looks much better than the ones with silver edging. Second, at no extra charge they ran the conduit to the electrical box in our roof crawl space so that it is hidden. Most installers simply run it outside along the roof line and it looks unsightly. Finally, when the State of New Mexico required quite a bit of paperwork in applying for the state rebate the folks at SunState Solar proactively researched what was required, completed a large portion of the forms for us and then provided detailed step by step instructions for completing the forms. Five star highly recommended.
