Suzanne and Rich were excellent to work with from the initial meeting through the completion of the project. They provided us with all requested information and helped us to select a cost effective solution which fit within our budget. They were always right on top of the project and kept us informed as permits were obtained and progress made. We could have not been more pleased with our experience and the final result.

Rich, the owner, is a PE and I think is very knowledgable on the basic construction engineering and installation of the panels and mechanics. They use very good subcontractors (fortunately). However, the project management is essentially non-existent (not a single appearance during installation) and they failed to fulfill the details of some of the installation (some electrical rework for which I paid extra). They also do not understand the operation of the inverter and charge controller equipment they install, basically configuring off the standard documentation directions. As a result, for two months the system underproduced by 60% in spite of my pleas to look at it. In the end, they had misconfigured the charge controller. The only reason I am not in court with them is that the physical installation for the basic panels and core PV electrics was professionally done. But if you're looking for a real expert in this area, keep looking. You cannot rely on this company.

His prices were competitive, and it was clear he wasn`t just out to make a quick sale. He believes in his work, and it was a comfort to know that the person doing the "selling" was also the person who would be on my roof installing. Even though I conducted a significant amount of research, I had many questions throughout the process. I was pleased with the prompt, personal, and informed responses. I gladly recommend this professional to others, and would hire him again to install solar for water heating (after I finish paying this off!)

We were given an estimate of costs and the price of the system dropped before we signed a contract. Rich was very quick to explain the lower costs and give us our options (more powerful system for same cost or less cost for same system) before we asked. He was upbeat and positive. He seemed to genuinely want us to be happy.
