05/26 Update: After following up several times and a few field visits, the team was able to confirm that a panel was damaged by a fallen tree and replaced it. The system has been operating consistently now since Feb 2026. Thank you STTR for resolving this matter. ---- Just purchased a home where this company installed and maintained the solar assembly for the previous owners. The transfer process has been a nightmare. The unit is still not reporting so we have no idea what the performance has been nor have we been able to take advantage of any energy production credits. They are largely unresponsive when I've followed up. All around disappointed.

Great customer service! They came by yesterday to do an annual cleaning of our solar panels for free. They washed away all of the pollen and now the panels look great.

I had an overall decent experience with this team. They offered a fair price and were the only ones who had the specific panels I was looking for. The crew is made up of good people who clearly know how to get the project done. However, the coordination and communication need improvement. My project missed the promised timeline, and I wasn't notified in advance. It was also difficult to reach anyone for updates when the install didn't happen as scheduled. I eventually found out the lead was tied up at the county permit office—a valid reason, but one that should have been communicated immediately. Rebecca was wonderful and very responsive whenever I reached out with general questions. That said, there seems to be a disconnect between the office and the field, as she didn't always have visibility into the scheduling delays.

Although they have competitive pricing, you can't get ahold of them after the quote. The hours are limited & they don't respond to emails/messages. They also have the lowest warranty of all the other solar companies that I received quotes. The upside is that at least they did this in the beginning. I can only imagine how stressful it would be if I had a warranty claim & they never answered
