Worst company I have ever done business with. Stopped responding to calls and emails despite a warranty very much still in effect. 20k in products inoperable within 2 years of install. Only company I've ever had to sue. Stay FAR away.

Due to the increasing cost of energy and storm power outages, our family has been considering solar for years. We decided to go through Tesla, which thankfully put us in touch with SunFarm Energy. From the start, Brian provided excellent communication and was quick to address any issues that arose along the way. We are 2 months in, and everything seems to be working as advertised. If things continue to go well in years 5, 10, and 15+, solar is truly a no-brainer. Thanks for helping us become energy independent!

From when I called the office to when the crew installed my new inverter was informative and easy. I signed up to have my solar panels changed over to Sun Farm Energy. Mike explained every step needed and was patient with my questions. The crew that came out called ahead of time and showed up on time. They were very professional and answered every question I had. Very good company to work with!

I recently had a Tesla charger installed outside my home, and the entire experience was fantastic. The electricians were incredibly professional, arriving on time and completing the installation with great efficiency. They took the time to walk me through the process and made sure I understood how the charger worked. The installation was done neatly, and they left the area spotless once the job was completed. What stood out the most was the amazing communication throughout the entire process. From scheduling the appointment to keeping me updated on every step, I felt well-informed and confident that everything was being handled professionally. I'm extremely happy with the service and the end result. The job was done right, on time, and with excellent customer care. I highly recommend this team for anyone considering a Tesla charger installation!

This company came highly recommended by friends and they were correct! Bart came out and explained everything, gave us a quote and we signed up. He said it would be about a month for the permit process and sure enough they were here to do the installation in that time frame. Jack and the great team of guys did a wonderful job. They were friendly, courteous and professional. The panels are perfectly straight and the rest of the work was well done too. I would highly recommend this company for your solar panels!

Brian explained the process - several times as I forget. Never left a voice mail as he always answered his ph. Contract was clear & complete. Work was completed as expected. Great Job I am selling el.

Solar System

Sun Farm installed my 10kW system in October 2017. The sales team worked with me and answered every question I asked. The crew was here the day they said they would be and the installation went as expected. The only issue that I had was with the monitoring system. They took care of the problem promptly. The system has been up and running since and has performed as well as I would have hoped without any issues.

SOLAR REPAIR / ROOF ROT

Michael B. worked on my residence for roof rot from my solar black mats that heat my pool, Price was not quoted & came to roughly , $9000 for removal of 2 sides of roof solar black mats ,,,,, roof repair & then putting back solar mats . Lanai was also on one side so had to reconnect & Lanai still leaks , reported to Mr B. Pipes on one side keep disconnecting , reported . Mr. B never returned my phone call to repair system he was paid for to complete .... Do Not Trust ,,,, he talks on phone nonstop while working & brings his kids to job site which I had to allow to get him to job site.

Solar PV Installation

Outstanding experience! From the highly informed, no-pressure system sizing/siting discussions (spanning several months while we made up our minds), through the professional installation by a courteous crew who kept the worksite clean throughout (and daily site visits by Doug or Don or both!), to the followup tutorials on how to monitor the system, we could not have asked for a better experience. We would, without hesitation, use SunFarm again!

Doug is very trustworthy, professional,timely,responsive, and reliable. I truly enjoyed working with him and would use him again or recommend him to anyone looking for solar installation.

Sunfarm Energy and the owner, Doug Herrick, were outstanding in every way. I recommend them highly and without reservations. Mr. Herrick is also an ICF contractor. I was familiar with his abilities and integrity prior to deciding on the solar panels. I only received a second bid because my GeoThermal A/C installer is also in the business. I`m certain the work would have been of equal quality and there was little difference in the price. I chose Mr. Herrick because of his enthusiasm and conviction that the system would work to my advantage.

I am always interested in conserving energy & heard this company/person in solar business & inquired for information about installation, cost, expected results, etc. He took me to see two of their projects so I could be familiar with what to expect---& I liked what I saw ! They also seemed to blend in unobtrusively with the roofs which I apprecited.

I was very impressed at how quickly Coastal ICF installed the system and had it up in running. The process took less than two days. They also provided all the net-metering application paperwork and followed up the utility until I received my rebate.
