The installation went excellently. I didn't realize it would be done in a single day. The team that would call to give me updates was very good. They always answer all my questions, they are easy to communicate with, and I'd highly recommend them.

It's been a year since I got solar with Solcium. I produced more than they promised the solar would. Sally my rep was great and helpful. Anytime I had questions we could reach out to her and she would answer. Very professional. The office would always respond within 15 minutes of my calls. The customer care after the system has been up has been impeccable, the customer experience rep Sebastian was knowledgeable, breaks things down so they were easier to understand, and he was very patient. Overall, it's been a pleasure.

We never thought we would ever get solar panels but Solcium has made the experience wonderful. We are very happy with our new system and helping us cut down on the cost for our month bills.

Our contact with your associates has been very helpful and good. I have especially appreciated Alex and Sebastian from the office and how helpful they’ve been. We like DJ, our salesman, but reduced your company’s overall rating because we’ve found that DJ did not always give us the correct information. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Solcium Solar provided a detailed description of the install and what to expect as time progresses. To date (2 years) everything mentioned by Michelle was 100% accurate, they started the install on time and finished ahead of schedule. All the values (cost, production etc) told to us during the sales process were accurate and no upselling. I would highly recommend Solcium Solar to anyone considering it.

Over all we did not want solar panels on our home . They are ugly as hell and we were not really interested but after we heard their spiel and did a little research we said what the hell. From Solar Salley our sales rep to the install, to Sebastian who told us how to read the app and figure out our savings ,everything ran smoothly. System has only been in a month so we haven t been able to say good or bad about how it will work out.. It looks like it will be fine........Overall smooth experience.......... to be continued......!!!!! ..

It's been over a year since we had solar installed and we have not given Duke anything beyond the grid connection fee.

I just did an audit with Solcium after a year and it went amazing. We did have a time where the system went down they alerted me same day it went down. They got us back up and running quickly. We are excited to continue saving money and working with Solcium

The company has been very easy to work with. Information was very easy to get and everything was explained. The company is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or concerns. Very friendly and personable.

Solcium was my solar installer and everything was very smooth and very professional. I received the initial call, which was very informative. They provided the timeline of how the process would go and provided updates as things progressed. There was a correction needed on forms submitted to the utility but it was corrected within a day. The panels were on backorder for a little bit but even with the delay things went quickly. Everything was good for the installation, loud but they were in and out within a couple hours. Everything has been good.

We were introduced to our sales rep Ryan by a friend and their recommendation was a big factor in why we went solar with Solcium. Partially we wanted to be conscious of the environment, but we did want to reduce our utility bill costs. Alexandra and the rest of the office did well, they sent several emails and texts indicating when things were progressing. The installation was loud but good. The whole process was good, really nothing could have been easier.

Solcium's service was excellent. All the explanations were given to all my questions for me to understand everything. They put the panels up in less than a day. Everyone was cordial and everyone had a good time during the installation. The county inspector liked the install quality when he came out. The setup for my monitoring on my phone went great, they helped us with all the technical issues we were having logging into the different websites. Since we are both retired these credits for our utility bills are very helpful for budgeting. I would rate them 10+ out of 10.

A guy came to the door one day and asked about an electric bill and I asked a guy to come out later because I was leaving for work. Marco explained everything about the system and I signed up the same day. He's been really helpful, every time I had a question he would get back to me. He came back and brought food not too long ago for me. He was always very easy to reach. In my old house, I was paying $350 and now I am paying $300 in my new one but every year it increases and I wanted to avoid that inflation. The loan is $207 + $30 for the meter and it's still cheaper than the $300 I'm paying now, after the loan is over it's only $30 for the meter. I got full coverage for 30 years on parts, labor, and the power production guarantee. I didn't go solar in the past because I heard about bad experiences with other companies but didn't have that experience at all. The installation went pretty well. They did a great job, they were nice, no problems at all. The office team was really good because they replied very fast. Every time I text they reply super quickly within minutes whereas in other companies it's at least a day or two. They were always nice and professional. 

I just wanted to let you know that the first thing that attracted me to this program was the honesty in the pitch from Marco. Since we have had the system, everything that was promised has been true. We highly recommend this system, as well as the company Solcium. Every contact we have made has been extremely pleasant, and helpful. Basically, in short, we are very happy with Solcium.

Solcium has given me all the right information, anytime I needed anything they supplied, they were polite. After a whole year we are so happy. Great experience.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Solcium for my solar installation. Marco, the salesperson, was not only remarkable but also personally helpful throughout the process. The educational aspect of the installation was invaluable, and Solcium's warranty exceeded my expectations, surpassing other companies I considered. Highly recommend for a seamless and informed solar transition for your home!

What I most like about Solcium was that they didn't over sell, they got me up and running quickly, and their written agreements. Well the system works well, but after contacting them several times (over two months), they have not made good on the included insurance policy. It makes me wonder how they will respond when it's time to re roof, or if there is a needed covered repair.

Our son wanted us to get solar and so he chose to send Solcium our way. Marco was our sales rep and he was excellent, Marco took care of all our needs, he customized the system for us and he figured out which trees needed removing to make the system work for us. The office staff was good. The install went well. They were all nice and polite people, even the tree guys they sent were as well. I think Solcium put forth their best effort with us.

Solcium Solar was my installer and the installation was great! They didn't make a mess. It was a perfect install. They applied for my permission from the HOA which was obtained easily. Everything was done within two days of signing. Inspections were completed within a week of installation. Duke took 4 weeks to interconnect which was a pleasant surprise because I expected it to take longer than that, like 2-3 months. The office has been good, everyone has been responsive, I even had a few emails with the owners so everyone was reachable and had no problems communicating.

I was referred to Solcium by my son Bobby Skeel. Ryan was the sales rep I worked with and he did a good job with his presentation, he left me with literature whereas other companies did not. All the other companies had nothing so Solcium was immediately whom I focused on. The installation team was prompt, there was an issue where a panel was cracked in shipping but the team took care of it quickly and got another one immediately. The office team was always professional and polite. They always understood my concerns and shared them if I had them. After the utility did what it needed to, there were about five days before it was producing energy but the Solcium team was prompt and polite but they were having to wait on the Aptos support team which was having delays. Sebastian, their customer experience rep called before he came out, arrived on time, and answered all my questions about the monitoring and system after everything was up and running. Good job guys!

Marco and Diana from Solcium were wonderful, informative, and helpful. I thought solar was something we should look into and I had no intention of saying yes but their presentation and their ability to talk at our level, not talk over us, and tailor to our needs sold us. They wrote everything down and they covered both my spouse's and my concerns. They were calm, not pushy, and wanted to help whether or not we went with them. In the past, we spoke with other companies who never mentioned rental options and pushed sales hard. The office would immediately return our calls, and quickly get in touch after emails were sent, they were polite and prompt and good at follow-up. The installation was very good, they were clean and picked up after themselves. The installers knew what they were doing. It felt like a family business. I like all the follow-up services they provided where they had a team member come out and explain everything again after it was up and running.

Sebastian was great, excellent customer service! He explained everything and helped me download the app to keep track of the power usage. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to install solar.

I did my research and I considered other companies including where I previously worked but I knew Michelle so I had nothing but confidence coming in. I'm glad I did. Everyone was responsive in the office which was great because I hate waiting forever to get a response. All the installers were chill. Everyone stated what they were doing and a timeline of how long they would take and they were courteous. Nothing could have been better, only I wish I had done this sooner. My neighbor Nick said he had the same experience so it was nice to see that it is the same experience for everyone, especially who I refer.

Ryan, Alexandra and Sebastian were the main people I integrated with to get my solar panels installed. These people are nothing less than excellent. Ryan's explanation the process (he didn't really have to sell us on a system) and costs and the deltas associated with the panels was detailed. Alexandra answering my questions before during and after the installation. Sebastian, conducting his quality assurance and making sure we understand everything about our operating system. And I need to give a shout out to the installation team. Efficient, friendly, and respectful. Great group of people all around.

I saw Solcium installed on my neighbor's house and reached out to them and they sent Ryan. Solcium had a lot of good financial options which made me feel ready to move forward. I didn't want to spend any money upfront and I was able to do that. The warranties were also very extensive and covered 30 years instead of the 25 I normally saw. There wasn't any reason for me to say no. The office team was pretty good. Alexandra was always good about reaching out when she said she would and kept on top of her responsibility to keep me updated. The installation day was mainly good. Overall good from the get-go.

Between Happy Energy and Solcium Solar the process of going solar could not have been more enjoyable and simpler. They were able to answer all my questions, the process was quick and effective, and the customer service was second to none. If you're thinking of going solar, I'd recommend these companies 1000 times over!

Amanda was my rep and on top of everything letting me know everything that was going on with permitting and the system. I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew she was there. The install crew was good, they knew exactly what they were doing. You could tell they were competent. After everything was installed they did a magnificent job cleaning up, not even a single screw was left. They worked fast and hard. In the future I look forward to working with them more. I know they will take care of me

Matt was the rep Solcium sent out, he was very nice, kept it simple, and explained things very well. He was accommodating to our requests. We had talked to two other companies and I wasn't looking for another company but Solcium's door knocker got me in touch with Matt. I decided on Solcium over the other companies because they were local and their warranties were better. I was at the point where our energy bills I couldn't take anymore. I also wanted to put my roof to work. I figured it was time to do it after toying with the idea for a while. The office has been great, and good at getting a hold of me. I'm a teacher and I don't carry my phone much and they were persistent in calling enough that they would get ahold of me. They were great at walking me through emails, the interconnection, and following up with me. I felt like a valued customer. My neighbor mentioned that the company they went with didn't go through the app like Solcium does. For installation they showed up early, I was here to provide access then left. They were wrapping up when I got home, someone stayed until everything was wrapped up. I would highly recommend Solcium to anybody!

Solcium was the contractor who installed my system and they were exemplary. The installation was great, and they were quick, I have worked for other companies and none of them have even come close to their installation turnaround time. They were on the ball for getting it completed with the city and with Duke. They sent out their technician to go over how to read the monitoring app, and our bills and recovered all the information that was given at the point of sale with Happy Energy Solar. It aligned perfectly with what we were sold and the monitoring and bills show that we are even producing above our anticipated target. I truly couldn't be more thankful for going solar with them. 5-Stars. Absolutely a top-notch experience.

I can say that everyone I had the pleasure of working with on the new solar system was very knowledgeable, helpful, and if they did not have the answer for you, would be honest and tell you they needed to do some research on the question. Getting started was a simple process and even then the information was explained in detail while still being understandable. The installation went off without a hitch, the crew who installed were very courteous and worked very efficiently knocking the project out in one day. The only spot of confusion I had during the entire process was during the hook up to the electrical grid, and it was just a small lack of clarity on who I should be in contact with for up to date information. Even at that time, when I spoke to anyone from the company they were able to check into whatever my question was and both answer it and let me know who i should be in contact with if I had any other questions. Over all I have nothing but good things to say about everyone I was in contact with through this project and will gladly recommend them and this company to anyone looking to get into solar and not have the crazy electric bills.

Things have been good with Solcium. The monitoring app has been informative. I'm already producing more than I'm using. Marco and Diana were my reps and they were good and we kept in touch. The sales process was above and beyond. I was talking with Solcium and two other companies came by trying to close me down. When meeting with them they were informative and could tell they were always being transparent. They didn't need to be pushy and lead with the product itself. I was tired of the process, so I pulled the trigger with another company and instantly had regrets. Solcium wasn't jaded when I messed up and signed up with another company. I called Marco and Diana to help and they did everything they possibly could to help get that canceled. They were quick to respond at all hours of the day which was unexpected. They eased my concerns throughout the process and my concerns were well received. We went out for drinks and hashed out all the concerns and even in a social setting it was a very professional conversation. Above and beyond. Give them a raise. The office was quick, concise, and painless. I work nights and they were mindful of that. The installers were friendly, and courteous, asked for access, and were respectful of the property. Missed a few sticker backs but that was easily missed. They were great. Nothing could have improved. My understanding was incorrect of when it turns on so more clarity would have been great.

Great communication with the company. A call/email was answered promptly. The installation was seamless, they showed up on time and knocked out the installation within the day. Very knowledgeable sales rep and staff about all things solar.

My mom went solar last year and ever since she has been trying to convince me to swap over. I started looking into it when my electric bills kept going up. Interviewed six different companies and narrowed it down to three, and the distinguishing factor for Solcium was their PEARL Certification. They were very straightforward. No overpromising. I made the right choice because I have had nothing but a positive and professional experience with the installers and Solcium team. I highly recommend Solcium.

I did a great deal of research when considering solar for our new home. My wife and I are very happy that we chose to go with Solcium Solar! Everything was smooth and pleasant from the get-go! Our advisor, Marcos, was very forthcoming with information and he did not pressure us into purchasing, like some other companies. Everything he told us turned out to be true, and he talked us OUT of upgrading to batteries at this time, as he felt it was not worth the current cost. Dealing with the other aspects of the company were also hassle-free and positive experiences. After everything was installed and operating, we met with Sebastian, who reviewed the system with us and ensured that it was operating without issue. There was excellent communication and stellar customer service throughout the entire process on all fronts. And, ultimately, now that we are up and running, I have already seen an 85% decrease in my electric bill - and that was only for a partial usage month! I met with Sebastian yesterday and he was on time and efficient with our post installation overview. I now feel comfortable with the user platform in understanding the data on my new solar panels. My solar installation was much quicker than I thought and the quality exceeded my expectations. My wife didn't even realize we had solar on the roof until a month after. I am so happy with my new Solar from Solcium. I have had a bad impression about Solar for years but this Company turned me around. It all started with first contact. Terrance came to my door. Normally, I don’t answer my door. But for some reason I did. He was so knowledgeable and polite that I did walk away from that conversation with an interest that surly me and an appointment to learn more. Sally came the next day and that’s when I really got the information that would change everything. She answered every question. And the big issue I was having was the ever increasing Duke Energy bills. There were so many things I didn’t know. For instance, when I sign up, that freezes the cost of Duke Energy because I go on a minimum charge at Duke and my Solar charge each month is the same. Year to year, it decreases, so while people still paying Duke Energy pay more year to year, I will be paying less year to year. Sally made it all so easy. And once the contract is done, Alexandra works with Duke Energy making those changes. She kept Me informed the entire time.The installers were fabulous. I work at home on the phone and they worked with me on my schedule. Anyone who can work around my job and schedule can do anything! They were awesome. Since the installation, it has been amazing. I downloaded the app and have been watching the Solar versus the Electricity everyday. I am very happy with my decision to go Solar with Solcium!

I got solar panels with Solcium during the fall of 2023. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. The salesman was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process for me. There were no issues during the install and we are generating more power than was guaranteed. I would definitely recommend Solcium to anyone.

I highly recommend Solcium! Solcium was recommended to me by a friend and what really impacted my decision to move forward with them was their unique warranties. Everyone I've worked with has been terrific. Their service has been exceptional. The installation was seamless, their team was informative, quick, and polite. From signing the contract to being up and running it has been seamless.

I am always wary when someone tries to sell me things but solar is the way to go. It is a great investment where I save money and know when I will be done paying for my electricity. The first phone call from Solcium caught my attention and they sent Jen and she has been good. The whole process was smooth and easy. I've had my system on for 3 months and what was promised is what has happened, so no complaints. I can't even tell if the panels are there because of where they are placed. I like the warranties that cover repairs and there is a 3rd party company to backup the warranties. Once you get your system on they have a technician that comes out and covers everything again from monitoring to reading bills to any random questions you have to make sure you know everything. Definitely recommend Solcium if you are hesitant about reaching out to solar companies for information.
