Bad customer service
Adam and his customer service is horrible we’ve called him so he could help us download the app and monitor our system. When he arrived he had a problem connecting to our Wi-Fi and had no patience and said he didn’t have the time to deal with it. We called him several times over the next several months and receive no response from him. Now 4 yrs later we had we contacted a friend who is very knowledgeable in I.T. and solar systems. He came over and called Enphase to report a problem, they tell us that our system has been down for the last 4 years. So, in the last 4 years, I’ve paid SDGE around 10k. Do yourself a favor and research the Solar company that you hire.

Got ripped off
We totally got ripped off by this company and Adam will not contact us back. My husband has done everything possible to get these solar panels working and the company will just not help us as they originally promised Not only to monitor the system for us but guaranteed to fix if anything failed. None of the above has happened. The system is much too small for our home. They sold us batteries that immediately failed within a couple of months after installing them but since the battery company was going bankrupt during the time that they sold them to us we lost thousands of dollars and Adam has pushed us off and made excuses. We recently found out that Adam knew the battery company was in bankruptcy before he sold them to us, and of course the batteries failed.
