No Conscience?
I don’t think they care that they are taking people’s money, in some instances over $25,000.00 for a 48 kW Generac or larger, which is almost the entire cost of the product and install. SOOOO many SA contractors get away with being shysters and asking for more that’s 20% up front when anyone knows that any amount over 15% down is not typical sales etiquette. Maybe they don’t realize that their indiscretions will not go unpunished. The FACT that they fail to offer up proof of purchase by simply providing documentation showing that the units have actually been ordered from Generac and are not being delivered due to supply-chain/logistics issues, would be an easy remedy to prevent these types of reviews. Failing to communicate and or ignoring inquiries when it comes to folks’ hard-earned money raises so many red flags and even if they are hardcore psychopaths like so many humans are nowadays, they will still have to pay the piper. I hope everyone gets their generators sooner than later, and if they don’t you can report the company to the SA DA’s office and ask about having Grand Larceny charges filed against them. Let’s hope they are just not smart or business savvy and that they either refund everyone’s money in full or they provide a stellar product with the best installation and service from here out. Wake up!

Scammer
Paid $6800 down on Generator which was due to be installed this month. They are not returning calls, emails, or text. We are assuming we have been scammed. Buyer beware. Taking legal action.

Paid Half on Jan 13th 2021 and Nothing Delivered 8 months later
Elderly Veteran Widow, my mother paid $5400 down on a $10,549.33 contract for a 10Kw Generac and Transfer Switch on Jan 13th 2021. We have contacted them many times and continue to get a run around. Return the Money or Install the Equipment. They Claim to be Veterans as well. One hell of a way to treat a Navy Widow.
