Solar Works was recommended by friends and I have to say I do not regret using them. They did a great job and would recommend them to anyone wanting to go Solar.

Check with Solar Works no matter who you contract with...
John Parry, Laura Goldman and their crew put my first system up nearly 18 years ago. Since then they have become larger, a real brick and mortar business. But their attention to quality and honest analysis of your needs and your site have not changed. They have stayed with me through recalls, changing technology and expansions...we have become personal friends. There attention to our community, their clients and their staff continue just like when it was just John Parry, his vast knowledge of physics and a ladder...you won't be sorry if you check with them for your solar needs.

It was necesary to completely replace our steel roof. All work was done under warranty. It was however, a lengthy process which caused extensive delays for Solar Works as their installation was put on hold until the roof issue was resolved. The folks at Solar Works were patient and courteous through the entire process. I would gladly recommend Solar Works to anyone considering a solar option.

the design needed to be changed at the time of install and the owner came out personally to work with me, which I liked. the panels were not completely straight when first installed and they corrected that problem quickly and graciously. don`t think we needed a building permit, but if we did, Solar Works of Sebastopol, CA -- our vendor -- handled everything -- they deducted the cost from our job and collected the rebate themselves

solar works were very helpful. i left the whole dealing with building dept. etc. to them, and they finessed various potential problems well. they did little extras at no charge. installation seems very professional, functioning up to specs. had another installation done by solarworks, was pleased by their honesty and performance. i perhaps foolishly did not ask for more bids, but after the fact i think the price charged was fair and the service excellent.

Aside from the more mportant considerations of doing the work on time for the agreed upon price, I was especially impressed with the cleanup after they were finished. I`ve never before had work done on my home when I didn`t have to clean up after the crew was gone. These guys were professional and courteous.
