Solar Specialist Inc.

I found the company very kind and helpful. And respectful also very professional. They came installed my pool solar heater system very quickly and I loved the results. It’s made such a difference in my ability to use my pool. They cleaned up everything so nice

Solar Specialist finished our setup last December. We delayed reviewing because we were skeptical, but months later, the proof is in the power bills! We used to pay $400 to $500 a month, and now it's unbelievably lower. Solar Specialist made the whole process so smooth and quick. If you're on the fence like we were, don't wait. We recommend them 100%.

Solar Specialist Inc. Riverview FL - Major FRAUD

Found out my 80 yo father was scammed into purchasing solar panels. They did a docusign financing contract for $40K in an erroneous email address. He had no internet connection or email. Installment contract used same email address and SSR will not send a copy of contract. 19 Solar panels were installed with no permits or inspection. The property card does not reflect the purchase. BEWARE of these predators.

Solarsal and Shane were great. I'm happy with them and my solar. The crew was also very nice and got it done fasdt. Im happy to finally spend less money to power my housr. I highly recommend this company

To whom it may concern. Please please Before you get into this company think about it twice or more than twice. This company is not what they sell you, totally the opposite. After you get into it and they get you, that’s it. You’ll have to hired a lawyer just like I’m doing right now. DON’T GET INTO THIS COMPANY YOU’LL REGRET IT LATER BIG TIME!

BEWARE of Solar Specialist Inc. I tried to cancel with them after multiple medical problems and focus on my health but they were super aggressive with giving me problems to cancel. STAY AWAY from them. They were not empathetic or sympathetic to my situation. All they care about is installing and getting paid for it. They did not install any solar on my home and sent me a $6000 cancellation letter (see pic). I will be reaching out to my local congressman to have them stop their harassment. In the end, I further found out that they didn't even file the permit with FPL so I would have ended up with two bills after their installation cause my brother has solar and said that was the first thing they should have done. Stay away from Solar JEFF and this company.

We were so "on the fence" about going with roof top solar, but after month eight, I so wish we had done it much sooner! I much prefer paying for something I own rather that paying each month to the utility. My wife's biggest reservation was about aesthetics... and after the install was complete she could not have been more pleased with the job that Chris and the team at Solar Specialists did with our solar plant... The one thing my wife was most concerned with was "curb appeal" and no panels on the roof facing the front of the house. Chris sent several designs and ultimately we came to a solar plant design that she approved of. Trust me, we are true skeptics, and I did my due diligence obtaining quotes. Solar Specialists was not only the one company that came to me on site, but they were the only company that gave me a true understanding of what was involved and set my mind at ease that there were very little unknowns when it came time to make my decision. With respect to the quality of the equipment that they recommended and installed... I again did my research and found it to be above and beyond what the others were offering. I could not be happier (based on my research) that I received a state of the art solar plant that would take me well into my retirement years and free of my utility bill. I have not had a bill over $10 since commissioning the system... While there were issues (not on behalf of the solar crew or installation) Chris went above and beyond and was extremely helpful with navigating through them. I can not more highly recommend a solar company with respect to quality, service, and before and after customer service responsiveness. ex. I just emailed Chris a really stupid question I thought I already knew the answer to (on a week day night at 8PM) and he responded to me within minutes. This is a top notch operation, and a highly recommended company if you are thinking about solar power... the process can seem like a leap, but they will make the distance so much shorter.
