Salesman was very through and responsive. Installation went very smoothly and quickly. Final installation of the control box by Nick was excellent. Since I am very inquisitive, Nick was very polite and explained how the whole system interacted with my pool pump.

Follow-up communications from this company have been a delight....so few companies ever even call you to ask “how’d we do?”. Christa in their Customer Support Dept. reached out today, proactively, to see if all was well. Best of all...their system is state of the art and is working great on our pool temp. Solar Source was selected by our solar co-op. Our experience with them has been more than outstanding. From the design phase, the installation, and now into 4 months of $0 electric bills...they have been so accessible, responsive and professional at every interaction we’ve had. Got a question? The actual engineers get on the phone with you. Need help understanding your new meters? A technician shows up at the house to walk you through it. Something doesn’t seem right? Same day response and always very professional and courteous. The installation went perfectly and was neat and tidy. Can’t say enough about this great company. Culture comes from the top for sure...every person we’ve dealt with has been awesome. While we didn’t choose them (co-op committee did) we’re so glad they were selected and would HIGHLY recommend Solar Source!

Excellent service and attention to detail

Buyer beware! Solar source does not transfer any warranties. I purchased my home this year with a Pool/solar system that was installed in 2017. A few months later The solar valves started leaking. I called the company and they had the audacity not to accept the 2 year warranty on all the parts. Maybe you should make better parts instead of making the customer pay for bad quality! Unreal!!

Our propane use is down 50% in the first year! For 2 adults and 2 kids, we originally agreed to install one collector and an 80 gallon tank, but after consulting with another solar installer we decided to install two collectors and a 120 gallon tank.

Great contractor - great work. He explained this technology to us very well and so we could understand it.
