I have not had a continuously running system since day one. It would run for a month or two and stop. Service people came from Metairie and worked on it. A month of two later it stopped working again. This has been the pattern since April 2014. Now, I have been calling the office for the last 3 months and no one will talk to me or return my calls or respond to the problem. I have solar panels on my roof that had not work properly for two and one-half years.

Poor Customer Service
I purchased my system (hot water and solar) in March of 2014. Ironically, the hot water system stop working in March of 2015. I was away for the weekend so I called on Monday. It took almost 2 months before someone came to even look at it. They kept saying they were coming but never showed up. I asked several times to speak with the owner but he never returned my phone call. Finally, after two months of calling and emailing, a plumber came out. Low and behold, on of the panels to the hot water heater shut down and the water pump had stopped working. The plumber explained that they had to order parts. That was two weeks ago. I finally had to email again and ask when will my solar system be fixed. They told me they were trying to schedule me in. No communication at all. I can say, the receptionist was very nice. However, I recommend you find another company with better customer service. They all provide the same type of solar equipment.
