Smuckers Energy

John and team were a pleasure to work with from initial exploratory conversations to installation and fine tuning the system for our off grid cabin in a remote setting. It has been working great through all four seasons, and we would highly recommend them!

We were very happy with Smucker Energy from start to finish! Great communication and kept us updated!

Poor Installation and Service

Our family had a whole home solar system installed in Cumberland, OH. Have had issues since the beginning. Power tripping out, generator coming on too soon, then not coming on when it should. Multiple calls to address the issues. Spent over 100k. Had everything installed a year or so ago and it's never worked correctly. They sent a technician a few times in the beginning, haven't sent anyone else in over 8 months. Horrible service and nothing works correctly.

Had them out today for the initial discussion about installing a Solar system on my house. The technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he provided an overview of various systems they have and types of installations, on the roof, on stands in the yard, pole mounted system etc. I will update my review as the process moves forward.
