Stupid representatives will answer and will give you random answers) will transfer without verifying with the home owner. As soon as they got 100% payments (close to $90,000 loan), Smart Home Energy vanished in the plain sight. I'm one of the victims of Smart Home Energy and it's partner Mosaic. I was forced to pay loan after 3 months of solar un-operational panels installation. Mosaic threatening that they will be ruining my credits if I don't pay. I was begging to wait till the solar are operational but not working. It is over 2 years, i'm stuck with un-operational panels and no body helps me. Mosaic send the same email on 10th of every month by saying your installer is not in the business and we will find the installer and someone will contact but it never happened. OVER 2 YEARS!! UNBELIVABLE!! They all are thief. When you saw Smart Home Energy & Mosaic together, JUST RUN!!! I end up paying from my pocket out on top of original loan-$90,000.00 to complete the project.

Tricked me into signing a contract by saying I can cancel anytime, than sent me an invoice when I did cancel for $1500. The reason I cancelled was because my roof was 12 years old and I had a leak. I need to change the roof before the solar panels can be installed. They wanted to install it regardless and then probably charge me again to take them down and install again. Scammers. Stay away.

Stop Don't do it . Smart home is one of these companies that like to take advantage of the customer. The saleman talk you in to take out the Loans. the loan company give them the money and they do not finish the job I right now have the solor panel on my roof and they do not work . Andrew the CEO is a liar . stay away from smart home or you will Loan to pay and no solor energy .
