Stay away!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service and a very disappointing experience. During an energy audit, my hardwood floor was damaged. I also discovered that the technician moved my security camera from the window to a table without asking. This was captured on my security footage. When I raised these concerns with management, I felt they were dismissed. The manager told me he believed the technician’s account over mine despite the video I provided. I also informed him that I intended to leave an online review. During our conversation, he responded by saying, “I’ll sue you for defamation.” And, “ I can’t wait to see everyone on Reddit laugh at you” That response made me question whether customers feel comfortable leaving honest negative reviews after receiving that kind of warning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone hiring these contractors to have security cameras and to document the condition of their home before and after service. In my opinion, moving a customer’s security camera without permission is a serious security concern. Xcel’s website has a list of companies you should use I’ll provide a list below.

Great company. Did an energy audit first, it was very thorough and Nick answered all my questions. Then I had them air seal and add insulation in my attic. The communication prior was informative and clear, including scheduling. The crew who came and did the work were on-time, professional, and efficient. I can definitely notice a difference. They also helped out with the rebates directly - nice plus. Would absolutely recommend them. Thanks all

ReenergizeCO did our initial solar + battery install in 2018. The quote/purchase process was easy, they worked seamlessly with a solar loan, the install was quick, permitting passed immediately, and they were really receptive to all of my asks after the install. Unfortunately, one of the products I chose for install was repeatedly failing and needed to be replaced under warranty. Reenergize repeatedly fought with the manufacturer and replaced the failing part for free. Almost 5 years later (today) we had yet another failure of the same part, and Reenergize replaced it with a different one at no cost. 5 years after the install, and the installer still has my back replacing a $10k part out of their pocket. Cannot recommend enough.

Re Energize Co worked in conjunction with ERC to install Solar PV on my home. In the process they saw my existing electrical service panel had been recalled as a hazard. Glad they found it!! They replaced the panel upgraded the meter service and installed 4000 Watt of PV on My roof. I have the Enphase App on My phone and can see our use and power we sell back to the grid. Awesome! These guys are Straight arrows. They show up on time and have all permits in place, inspections lined up and a seamless install. The men that did the work were polite ,friendly, and personable. and knew what they were doing. Hugh the Master Electrician answered all my questions about the install and made it worry free!! I love seeing the power the system is producing for our home and the extra we sell back to the Utility

I got several bids for getting solar installed and ended up selecting REenergyze for the price and customer support I got during the proposal process. I've had a lot construction projects in the several homes I've owned in my life, and REenergyze was by far the most professional, on-time and quality that I've experienced in any of the projects. I’d highly recommend utilizing REenergyze for a solar system on your home - and the Enphase app they support is super fun to see the production just days after the install!

Matt at ReEnergize truly went the extra mile understand the unique needs of what I wanted in a Solar system. He then worked through the permitting and execution of the installation with the added challenge of Covid restrictions and delays. He was able to save me money by being creative about what existing infrastructure could be used, allowing me to do some preparatory work and ensuring the solution truly was matched to my needs. I had several other companies bid on this job and they were not able or unwilling to think outside the box and match his pricing. I would highly recommend Matt for his expertise, customer service and pricing.

Great people, fantastic install and performance
