I found out about OneSun through a Reddit post. I also looked into their reviews. Everyone highly spoke of them. When my wife and I first spoke to Rose in person we really appreciated that she was very knowledgeable and able to answer our many questions. We also appreciated that she was not pushy in trying to sell the service. Working with Rose throughout the whole process was very smooth. She was very communicative before we bought solar, during the installation, and after installation. We are also very happy we got solar panels and it was with OneSun. Rose was honest and upfront about the whole process.

Excellent all around
I had an incredible experience working with Rose from our first contact through to my solar panels up and running. She is knowledgeable, reliable, impeccably honest, and a kind person. She communicated with me throughout the process so that I exactly what to expect. Any wait times beyond the schedule she set were from waiting for the city, and she kept in communication with them and with me to try to estimate how long those waits would be. I never felt pressured by sales tactics, Rose just shared detailed information with me and let me make my decisions. I spoke with a few other companies and this wasn’t always the case. I’m VERY happy with my new system, and so glad I made the choice to work with OneSun!

Selecting the right company for Solar Installations
Review of OneSun Personal rating - 10 stars Guided by personal research there was one apparent big advantage to hiring a local company who offered a designated personal project coordinator to conduct all the necessary stages of installation and operation. Of primary importance a review of electric bills directed the preparation of planning how many panels are needed, compliance with LA DWP to ensure compliance with regulations and connection to the grid for credit. One such company offering this level of service after extensive review was “OneSun” located in North Hollywood servicing Southern California. Initial contact resulted in a personal at home consultation with Rose Avakian, whom I found to be a great regular communicator. This lady demonstrated her knowledge and experience instilling complete confidence that I had indeed selecting the right company for the job. After site surveys, planning, building and roof safety approvals, installation began promptly with a highly coordinated team of profession engineers and electricians - essentially a 1-2 day project. Final inspection and approval to operate from LA DWP did take a few weeks. Then the electric bills dropped to $40.00 a month! Overall embarking on installation of solar panels to reduce my electric bill was not daunting, but Rose Avakian and OneSun made the process stress free without the cumbersome paperwork required by regulatory authorities. Conclusion - strongly consider calling Rose Avakian to start your journey to energy self-sufficiency for the future as cost of energy has been predicted to increase drastically. OneSun -- one word, amazing!
To anyone looking for the very best solar company in Southern California, you must give Rose at OneSun a call! My wife and I were really interested in installing solar at our home for both energy efficiency and environmental reasons, and within minutes of reaching out to OneSun, Rose was already reaching out to us and helping answer initial questions. Rose walked us through the entire process, giving us several different quotes with different array options -- and never once did we feel any pressure. Instead, we felt completely comfortable and that we were in the right hands with OneSun. We ended up deciding on a system at a great value that gives us an 85% energy off-set as well as the option to expand the system in the future. The process was incredibly smooth! From the installation to the follow-ups, everything was handled with extreme professionalism. Our neighbors walked up to us a few days after our installation, and asked who came out to install the panels, and we told them -- OneSun!
