Never sell for this guy or do any type of business with a scam artist. All the Sales he’s gotten is because we knocked on doors and brought him under his company one up solar . If you want me to take off this review, I need to get paid what you owe me for George Pierre In Miramar And also the neighbor Emmanuel the job has been completed, and I need to get paid… I am so this guy and I’m canceling every contract that I have put through him

I went with this company and had solar panels put up on my roof in September 2024. Since I've had them, I have been still getting my bill from FPL, paying FPL, and Mosiac full monthly payments. I've went to the office over by Home Depot, I've been calling daily and leaving messages but to no avail. I've even sent Marie Prada an email showing how FPL still billing me full payments, I've tried talking to the loan company asking for help and I was told Ma'am, you still have to make your payments with us. I said so basically I'm out of $600 dollars a month between you and FPL that I've been paying since October, I don't think that's fair that I'm still receiving a high bill from FPL and a bill from you. Now, I did have a gentleman that came by and explained to my partner that the my breakers were tripped, that's why I've been still paying FPL so much because it wasn't running the solar panels. He did let my partner know that the person that connected the panels the electrical person had died and they are looking for someone else. This whole situation is a mess and so uncalled for. I called the loan company back and told them I still can't reach no one in the local office, just send someone to remove the panels from my roof. I really hate that I chose to do solar panels. I'm not satisfied. I even tried reaching out to the sell rep.

Do not hire this company, they are a scam. We have been waiting for our solar panels to be up and running for a WHOLE YEAR and they have been dodging our calls for months. Gave us constant excuses about not having a technician to do the job. They took our money and never helped . We found out the battery they installed was an old battery that the manufacturers stopped making 4 years ago. Which is now a fire hazard in our home . The customer service is disgusting. They didn’t even give us all the equipment which the missing items are totaling to $18k .

I am very glad I chose One up solar as my contractor to install solar panels on my roof. I started with this company after hurricane Andrew to reinstall my solar panels for the pool that Andrew had ripped off and I as m still a customer today. Ricardo and his team are very responsive and take care of their customers no matter what. Therefor it was only logical that I would choose them to install my new solar panels on my roof. And it was a great experience coupled with great service and after installation support. I would recommend One up Solar to anyone who values quality work, excellent customer service and a local company. I have been a client for 30 years and I value excellent client service and longevity in a local company.one up solar is that company.

Awesome assistance, our water heater tank failed us on a Saturday night, One-Up contacted us back on the same day and were able to install a new tank the following day. Ricardo was super professional, discussed my option over the phone, I sent him pictures of the old tank, connections and label. The tank is hooked up to a solar system so a special tank is required. From those pictures he was able to select a new tank, 12 years warranty (parts) at a very reasonable price. Showed up time, Super organized and completed the service very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I checked them up on BBB, they are A+, definitely recommend this contractor. Less
