Novi Energy

I have been lied to by your sales rep. Then system not connected when I was told to contact Entergy to switch over when it was not ready. Finally the Duramax generator I received as part of my package would not start. I was told it was fully guaranteed by Randy in service ( I have the voicemail). Then I was told I had to produce paperwork to prove how old it was, when I told the Novri rep that it came with the solar panels and they should have a record of the date she told me it was my responsibility to provide it. Approximately 4 day later a female named Bella called to schedule a service call. I informed her it needed to be after 2:30 pm as my wife and I both work. No less than three appointments were made and canceled by Novi. Finally someone was to come by 10/18 at 2:30 pm , I received a call at work at 10:00am by a tech who stated he was on his way over to my house, I told him I would not be there until the scheduled time of 2:30 pm he told me he was not going to wait around if he couldn’ t do it now it wouldn’t get done. I told him my wife was home. He went to my house knocked on the door and left less than 5 min later without tell her what he found. When I called no ans. When I called Bella no answer and no return call to the message. Today I called Bella and told her I was going to contact an attorney and check to see if I had a legal case for breach of contract I was also going to contact the state attorney general’s office and channel 7 on your side concerning the way your company treated seniors. Finally a gentleman called said he was from Novi and would like to fix the generator. He sent two employees Michael York and Xavier Enriquez to switch out my generator with a new unit they assembled the new unit and started it to make sure it operated properly. These two are by far the most professional hard working people I have dealt with at Novi..I hope Novi appreciates the dedication these individuals present.
