I love my solar panels. But more important, Nickels did a great job. The customer service was unparalleled and this was important because there were additional complications doing the job in the city of syracuse. The job was delayed a number of times due to inspections and site visits by national grid but Nickels kept me informed at every step of the way. They also did a great job of cleaning up after each step.

It was comforting to have one of the owners (who is also an engineer) up on the roof doing the installation along with another engineer.
