The ownership has changed. They completely destroyed our solar system and left us without hot water for two months and rolling. They also changed how our solar system was working and refused to hook it back up after an R/R to the way it was prior to removing panels. The system they changed it to also failed. They sent in a long list of contractors but refused to correct the problem.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Liv Solar. Matt answered all my questions during the sales process and really helped me determine how solar would truly benefit me and my home. The time from signing my contract to the installation was very quick. I got quotes from several other companies, but Liv Solar was the only one to take the time to really explain the entire process from start to finish. One of my favorite things was being able to get in contact with one person who could answer all my questions and concerns. I wasn’t having to talk to numerous people during the process. Having one point of contact and great customer service was very important to me. My system has been in use since October 2017 and I have had no problems so far. I have produced 3017 kW hours so far and have only been charged the service fee from the utility. I highly recommend them!
