Invaleon Solar

Hire Invaleon back in 2017. Install went horribly. First, they didn't install the panels as we mapped them out. Second, they destroyed my burning bush - they asked to cut one limb off, hacked off four limbs. We worked out, kind of.... Support in the early years was good, real good. I had a Project Manager, Technical Support & Customer Relations, even the Vice President reached out to me to resolve issues. But now as the other 1-star reviewer wrote, good luck getting a hold of them... their voice mail lets you know they will respond in 24-48 business HOURS (I emailed 4/15 they responded 4/23). I have emails, explaining how THEY monitor the system... yet my system hasn't produced energy in over a month and they tell me I have to go to the manufacture to find out IF THEY have to respond. WHO DOES THAT?!?!?!???? They get a 1-star for after sales because there is no 0-star. or -5-star! I'd honestly go with someone else. Save yourself the stress!!!

My wife and I interviewed three solar companies in 2018. We chose Invaleon because our salesman, Charles Roche, made it a no brainer. He was able to answer all our questions, walk us through the loan process and the State incentive program. He also showed us what we would pay out of pocket and what we should expect for Kwh performance from our 34 panel system. Charles was not a pushy salesman, but a matter of fact person. He gave us great info and then let us make our decision. I especially liked that. The price was comparable and the service was great. I would happily use them again if I ever needed any other solar projects. Our system outperforms the estimates by a long shot as well. The performance has been remarkable. In the year 2020 we paid a grand total of -1,610. That's right, we get paid by the electric company for our extra output and we make a profit!

Invaleon did everything they said they would do, on time and very capably. They were very professional and took us through the whole process including paperwork smoothly. The system has been working perfectly for a month and a half, producing exactly as predicted. I can recommend them most highly, especially compared to some other companies we contacted!
