My experience with Imperial Solar has been exceptional. The amount of info other solar companies failed to inform me on was vast. There is so much more than slapping solar panels on your roof. The staff educated me on the details of the solar system which they designed for me and what I should be expecting in savings and energy production. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I also read that they take time educating their customers about solar even if it means not selling you solar? Okay-I had to try them. After taking to my wife we decided to contact Imperial Solar via email for a quote. We got a response within 3 hours. Not a bad first impression. The proposal we received was very detail yet simple to understand. Being in the construction field myself I am pretty familiar with solar installation prices. And our system was very reasonably priced. We made an appointment for the following Monday to have someone come out to go over the proposal. A gentleman name David came to see us and explained all the details of the product and the installation. The appointment was very educational for us and answered most of our questions. Our anxieties were put to rest. At this point we knew we wanted Imperial Solar as our solar contractor. We went though the design and permitting process and now in stages of installation. Truly a refreshing experience. These guys are nothing but the best!

The cost of our solar system including the solar panels, inverters, and installation was much lower than the three other proposals we received. I was continually updated with the status of my project, including updates from the city, utility department, and future inspections. The crew was very professional and considerate.
