I try not to write reviews until I have tested the product for a fair amount of time. Horizon installed 20 panels on my roof 18 months ago. Nice and competent people to work with. The Good - Free energy audit and cut my bill in half even with a loan. My bill went from about $154 to $82. It would be about ten bucks if I did not have a $70 a month loan. Still good. Not a dime out of my pocket. Not sure if all the fed and state rebates are still in place so your deal may not be as sweet as mine. It is really cool to track your production with Web based tools. Nice to know we now save energy and help save the planet. Things to watch out for. Snow comes off the roof all at one time and can hit the ground hard. In the winter don't leave anything under the area where the snow slides off. I recommend Horizon Solar because they have proven themselves with a well planned solar system.

I highly recommend Horizon Solar. Lorne at Horizon Solar was fantastic to deal with and really knew his stuff. My system was installed in the fall of 2016. I shopped around quite a bit, did my homework, received quotes from many vendors, and ultimately went with Horizon Solar. Comparing apples to apples, Horizon Solar's quotes were the lowest (yes quotes, I asked for different quotes for different system sizes), and I never felt any type of hard sell or up-sell push from Lorne. The installation was done quickly and with no mess. And of course I'm happy to report that so far the system has been working with no problems. I'll also note that when the town inspector looked at the work done, he told me he was impressed.
