company definitely a scam
We had our installation in Dec of 2015. It all sounded good when the salesman was here but it went downhill from there. My electric bill did not go down 1 cent. It did nothing for us and they charged more than was agreed upon. They also said that we would be able yo get money back on our income tax and that didn't happen either. It ended up costing us about $15,000. We called and emailed and got the run around. We contacted the BBB and they tried to help us but were unsuccessful. We are stuck paying for something useless. What's worse, it is now leaking and we have no way of getting it fixed without hiring someone else. I don't know who I can trust.

Worst company ever!
After they lie and manipulate you into buying they stop answering phone calls and emails. Do NOT do business with this company or any if their subsidiaries. We have been trying for a year to get our system working or removed. They are no help. Filed complaint with BBB. Have also contacted news station. Next up state attorneys office.

It's a scam
This company can not be trusted. Installation at my home took more than 8 month, they failed inspections several times, they told me there were not to be any roof penetration and I have broken tiles with leaks from the mess they made on my roof. They will promise many things, like your bill will be cut in half, only a illusion, I pay more than before the system was installed, they have a terrible customer service, they don't comply with the contract that they sign with you. They do everything to please you at beginning, so you sign a release form for them, after that, no one takes your call, they don't come to fix their mistakes, the finance company never stops to call you, even with job not being finished they want to get paid. A complete disaster, I am bringing this matter to court, only way to solve all the problems I have from this install. Really a BAD company.
