Service hasn't been great
I purchased a system in 2014. I admit I didn't I didn't access the system very much, but beginning around 2019 or so I wanted to access the system to see what kind of power I was producing vs. consumption according to PSEG but I couldn't get into the system. I called a couple of times but didn't really pursue it too hard and then COVID hit. I waited until Oct/Nov 2021 to try again. I received a response from the company pretty quickly with a followup by a field rep with a promise to send over a tech within two weeks. It's now Feb 2022 and I still haven't seen anyone. I have reached out to the company again, but really have low expectations. I think I will need to contact the manufacturer at this point and pay a third party to access what I already own and should have support for.

I love being an energy EXPORTER !
A lot can go wrong with a construction project, let alone one that is never really "over". So it has been a great experience with GreenLogic because of the quality of their equipment, the quality of their people and the quality of their installation. They were there for us before, during and, now, after the project completion. Going solar is never really "done"; we continue to generate electricity exceeding what we use. We looked at other companies and we are so glad we chose GreenLogic - top of the line!
