GreenLogic Energy

They are able to do affordable projects but at the same time have the same quality and service of a much bigger project. Contacted them originally just to get a quick estimate or quote on whether or not we wanted to redesign our backyard. And from start to finish they were great, so much so that we ended up deciding to go ahead and move forward with the project.

I responded to their insta post to checkout my system because it is 15 years old. To get an appointment I needed to give them my Amex #. Weeks later two men came by, looked at the readout numbers on the instruments and declared everything working fine. They stepped back from the house looking at the panels and declared them Ok. They did not need to go up on the roof to inspect them closely. They were gone in half an hour. Then they charged $315.— when I asked why and what for they said it was standard But never mentioned before. Also that it included an hour travel time for each of them. Never mind that the green logic offices are 5 minutes away from me. I would have at leased to have the charge be a credit towards any possibly needed repairs but No. The whole thing seemed scammy to me.

Very good Install was quick and professional I am heating cooling hot water my house and powering 2 cars with my 15.5 kw roof Using just the power from my solar Being connected to to the grid I pay around 360$ in line charges! I still have to add a small propane heater to my baseboard heat for a backup for back heat in a power failure winter and comfort!

Installed a 12.8 kWh ground mount at my home and the Greenlogic crew at Southampton were excellent! Permits, installation were seamless. Highly recommend them.

I couldn't be more happier with GreenLogic from pre-sales to installation to day 2 support. Everything was top notch and nothing beats an internal conduit install cosmetically. My neighbor even commented when are they going to wire it and turn it on. Haha, I was already producing my own energy! Highly Recommended!!

Service hasn't been great

I purchased a system in 2014. I admit I didn't I didn't access the system very much, but beginning around 2019 or so I wanted to access the system to see what kind of power I was producing vs. consumption according to PSEG but I couldn't get into the system. I called a couple of times but didn't really pursue it too hard and then COVID hit. I waited until Oct/Nov 2021 to try again. I received a response from the company pretty quickly with a followup by a field rep with a promise to send over a tech within two weeks. It's now Feb 2022 and I still haven't seen anyone. I have reached out to the company again, but really have low expectations. I think I will need to contact the manufacturer at this point and pay a third party to access what I already own and should have support for.

I love being an energy EXPORTER !

A lot can go wrong with a construction project, let alone one that is never really "over". So it has been a great experience with GreenLogic because of the quality of their equipment, the quality of their people and the quality of their installation. They were there for us before, during and, now, after the project completion. Going solar is never really "done"; we continue to generate electricity exceeding what we use. We looked at other companies and we are so glad we chose GreenLogic - top of the line!
