I met with several companies and ultimately decided on Bullet Solar because they offered me the best price and equal warranties as others in the industry I spoke with. I did not make the decision quickly, I took my time and did my research on the company and owners and felt confident in my decision. I am happy with the sales representative and the communication throughout the process. Install day went smoothly and I could not be happier.

Finally!
What I loved about Bullet EV is that after consulting with 7 "solar companies"... Bullet EV were the "experts". I could tell they actually do their own work. They answered all my questions with straight answers. Their presentation wasn't a drawn out sales pitch. Thank you for the lack of BS, I greatly appreciate you guys for not wasting my time, selling me American equipment and being quick about it.

Customer Experience 10/10
Our solar consultant Crystal was so knowledgable and patient with us through the entire process. We had looked into solar in the past but it just didn't make sense to go solar until now. We are eligible for 30% tax credit this year which is predominantly why we did this. We were happy to see that the technology has advanced since we looked into solar 7 years ago. The installation went smoothly and we were surprised but so happy to see our solar consultant along with other employees at our install making us feel so much more comfortable with the process and like they truly cared about customer experience vs just another sale. This was the biggest thing for us because we already knew we wanted to go solar we just wanted to ensure we would do business with someone that we could easily reach if we ever had any questions or issues with our system. We 100% feel confident recommending going solar with Green Wave and working with Crystal.
