Great Experience
I went with Greenrack after they submitted a competitive quote and also had a large amount of installation experience working as a subcontractor for other major companies. I liked that they partner with SolarInsure, providing some assurance that my installation will be covered well into the future. I also needed a new roof and Greenrack smoothly rolled this in to my quote and handled interactions with a roofer to get my roof completed. The process went fairly quickly. After my first call with Scott at Greenrack in July, we had a completed contract and a site survey in 10 days, my roof was installed in August, and the solar installation was performed with permission to operate by the end of September. This was right on the original schedule Greenrack shared with me, even though my roof is not particularly straightforward, requiring five different arrays on different parts of the roof. I have had the system operating for just over 11 months now and it is already nearly at its predicted 1 year output. I was given full access to the enphase app with consumption monitoring which is very useful to be able to track energy production and usage. Scott also has worked to get my system set up with Srectrade so I can start benefiting from SREC credits.

One of the good ones
Working with Scott and everyone else at Green Rack was truly a pleasure. They indulged my nerd questions during the install and showed me everything they were doing. They were attentive and informative throughout the back and forth with the city and power company. Once they were cleared to install, it was fast and easy and we were making power on schedule. Now I power my whole street on a sunny day. After our first summer, we're net neutral in a big old house that positively sucks power to cool.

Easy and fast to work with
I reached out to Green Rack to purchase a solar system based on the positive review of a friend after deciding not to do solar leasing with a different company. Green Rack was able to provide a better system for thousands less than I was quoted for solar leasing with other companies. They completely took care of a variety of issues in the approval process, and my system was up and running in less than 2 weeks after everything was approved.

Professional and hardworking
Green Rack installed our solar panels in April 2024. The team worked efficiently and professionally. We hit a couple bumps due to the age of the house but Zach was quick to respond to our calls and made the effort to address every question and concern. I would recommend Green Rack to friends. Also cannot say enough good things about Zach for the follow through.
