Despite some initial problems with the design (a large system spread over four surfaces)and an issue with administrative assistance early on, I am pleased with the installation, and extremely pleased with the follow-up. Gettysburg Solar goes the extra mile to make sure their product lives up to their billing. Gettysburg Solar had some serious issues with office help around the time we were getting our system installed. They suffered from a lack of organization and communication, which have since be rectified. The current company is far superior now, and places a premium on customer relationships and feedback.

The instullation crew did a great job. Neat, clean and very curtious. Everything about the system was great except one issue. I had discussed it with Owner and assistants that I wanted my system set up so if during a power outage with the grid I could set up a small generator to trick my invertor into thinking there was still power so it would open up it`s gates and feed power out to my home during day light hours. I was told this could work, but after the instalion I asked and was told they couldn`t do this. I wish I new up frount, it was important to me and I had made it know to Owner.
