Hired for Solar
I have taken 5 months before writing a review. It was a bit stressful for me because I needed to get my solar up and running before 12/21/2025. They did make it happen. My installer was amazing. Primarily I am writing this review to let people know, if you go Solar with a battery with them, do your due diligence in the battery. I was talked into EP Cube. I had contacted 7 solar companies. They were the only one with EP Cube and it should have been a red flag. The battery fan turns on at sunrise and is on and off ALL day. Thank goodness it does not run in the night. Unfortunately, the battery is outside my slider and I can hear it and now I am stuck with it. EP Cube customer support is great. After some tweaking, I believe it is working as expected EXCEPT for the noise factor of that fan always running and I have to live with it. I am too lazy to get kW .....

On and off problems since I have had my system
I purchased my system a few years ago and have had constant ptoblems I have wondered why my bills are as high as ever and just found out only 4 of 18 panels are operational They said it is a "DC Isolation Alert"- whatever that means and they are not responsible- I have to pay then T &M to fix it This is after I recomended some freinds use them and they are booked for 3 weeks out- will TRY to see if they can get to me earlier...! I have asked for the owner of the company to call me...
