Everything Solar

I do not recommend Everything Solar. Everything Solar installed a solar system for me and everything went well until this year. My inverter went bad and was notified by BJ at everything Solar that it would need to be replaced under warranty but I would need to pay for a service charge of $250 which I agreed to do. Later I contacted BJ to inform him the communication cable connected to my internet was not working and the wires were exposed and the tp-link was overheating and I thought it could be a fire hazard. I was told they were too busy and there was a change in ownership and they would not service me. I contacted them via text to put me on their schedule. BJ went off on a rant and said I was asking for free work which is a lie as I always expected to pay for the service. BJ said he no longer wanted me as a customer. For these reasons I can no longer recommend Everthing Solar.

I cannot praise Everything Solar enough for their exceptional service and expertise in solar energy solutions. From the moment I contacted Mr. Mehdi Lemrini for a consultation to the final installation, every step of the process was seamless and professional. Mr. Mehdi Lemrini took the time to understand my specific energy needs and financial goals. He patiently answered all my questions and provided thorough explanations of the different solar options available to me. His transparency and dedication to finding the best solution for my home were truly impressive. Since switching to solar, I've seen a significant reduction in my energy bills. The quality of the solar panels and equipment installed by Everything Solar is top-notch. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Everything Solar. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction set them apart in the industry. They have been informed of this issue for about 6 months now with no good faith response from them to help me get this faulty panel replaced under warranty. Beware of these guys. Do not trust them and dont give them your business. They have failed to stand by what they sold me. They have shown me their unethical self serving business standard and I hope they dont treat other like this.

I had them out because my pool panels from another company had problems with leaks. They fixed everything very reasonable price. So I asked if they also did solar electric. Brad made an appointment, he was very personable and explained the process in a manner I could understand. When I asked him to come back and explain more questions I had. I was very satisfied and had them do the work. Everything went exceptionally well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Much to my surprise the owner was on vacation and was unaware of my situation/complaint. He discovered from his office what transpired and called Solar Edge to explain what happened and they made everything right. I am very pleased with their actions and response and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering going solar electric. And I also recommended them to a colleague of mine. Excellent service.

Working with Everything Solar has been a wonderful experience. All promises were kept and the installation was in a timely manner. I've owned Solar before on a home in the North and I can't say enough good things about Everything Solar. They are outstanding!!!

I waited several months before posting this review on my solar panel installation with the company, Everything Solar. My experience with the installation and performance of my solar panels can be summed up by one word, OUTSTANDING! I do not write many reviews, but I thought that I needed to on my experiences with Everything Solar. Many people look at written personal reviews, such as I, when deciding on purchasing expensive items such as solar panels. When my wife and I decided to get solar panels, we like everyone else wanted a reputable and good company to professionally install and service the solar panels, if necessary, after the sale. There are many solar companies out there that promise you many things and then leave you frustrated and disappointed after the sale and installation of these expensive solar panels. Everything Solar has exceeded our expectation from the point of sale, its installation, and its performance. One of the reasons I went with Everything Solar is because of a friend’s family member that had Everything Solar install solar panels on their house over 10 years ago. They have been very happy with the performance of their solar panels thus far and they recommended Everything Solar to us. I was given Brad Launs name and number. I called him and he came over to my house and gave my wife and I a detailed presentation on what we needed to save costs on our electric bill which was over $200 dollars a month. My wife and I like our comfort and we keep our house very cool especially, during the hot summer months here in Central Florida. Brad explained the components they would use, and he provided specific information on each component to include the brackets and how they would install the panels onto our roof. Brad recommended 30 panels with a 10 KW box based on our previous 12-month electric bills. They completed and submitted all the necessary permits and paperwork to the County for approval. We put down a deposit and did not pay the balance until the panels were up and running. During the process I was assigned to a service rep, BJ, that stayed in contact with me until our panels were operational. Our electric bill has now been $17.28 per month. This cost is the $15-dollar monthly service charge by OUC, (our electric company), for the special meter that they installed in place of our current meter to measure our solar production and tax. The expense of having solar panels installed will vary from household to household based on your needs. We are very happy with our investment. My wife and I say that we bought electricity for the rest of our lives, as long as we continue to live in this house. Our decision to go with Everything Solar was not only based on the experience of someone else but also on the professional presentation Brad provided, along with our research of Everything Solar. Everything Solar has been in business for over 23 years and if you decide to get solar panels installed do your research on solar installation companies and make sure you include Everything Solar as one of those companies. My experience has been OUSTANDING, and I have no problems recommending them to those who ask me.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Everything Solar. The whole process with them was easy & all my questions were answered. I interviewed many companies & this one was #1 in every category, plus they’ve been in business for years! I bought a SunStar solar pool panel system with an automated controller, & it came with a 12 yr warranty (parts & labor). They also offer a lifetime warranty for any roof leaks. Brad (sales/operations), BJ (in the office) & Michael (the installer) we’re all fabulous to work with! I would definitely suggest them if you are looking to get a new solar system for your pool!

We had our 11.5 kWp system installed 18 months and it has been a positive experience- the system works as promised and our electric bills are minimal. We recently had an issue with our inverter, it was quickly diagnosed as a communication issue and was promptly resolved. With Everything Solar the customer service was not only excellent as the time of installation but has proven to stay that way long after the installation. Highly recommended

We have used everything solar starting with our solar hot water. It worked so well we did the entire house with solar electric. Support has been outstanding. Several of our neighbors have used them as well.

The Everything Solar team did a fantastic job with my solar installation! I had several solar people come through my residence in Longwood and none were as knowledgeable and confidence inspiring as they were. I have a metal roof and was worried about leaks after installation, but my fears were unfounded. They brought their installation materials and showed how they make sure the seal was perfect. I’ve had several rains since and my attic is completely dry. Great experience and I’m very happy about my energy bill!

I recently moved into a house where the previous owner had whole-house solar panels installed, and I have to say I feel so fortunate it was from Everything Solar. Brad not only helped me transfer the account and set everything up, but also came to my house to give me a detailed tutorial of how to use and monitor the system. He is super busy with all of his existing and new customers but still patiently answers all my questions whenever I call or text. In addition to his superb expertise and customer care on solar, Brad is surprisingly the most knowledgeable person out there for pool equipment and maintenance (he should run that business too if he has the extra time and energy). While at my house for the solar tutorial, he patiently taught me everything about maintaining my swimming pool, and discovered a faulty valve that caused a leak in my pool system. To sum it up, if you are in the Orlando / Orange County area and are considering solar for your house, Everything Solar is undoubtedly the go-to company and they really will go above and beyond for you, not only at the beginning, but also throughout your ownership with unmatched after-sale customer care. I live in the Kissimmee area. I have had my system install for about 5 years and I am really please with the system I have had no problems. Highly recommend this company.

We live in Oakland, they did several neighbors in our subdivision. They are excellent on follow through and another plus..... they’ve been in business for over 20 years in Orlando.

When I did my research for having a solar energy system, I interviewed with 7 companies. Two of them tried to sell me a not realistic system. Some of them were honest but the price was insane. Everything Solar was amazing. From the honest realistic expectations, the flawless installation and to the amazing customer service. This company is awesome and I wish I could give them 10 stars. Anyone who wants to go solar, do your research and set realistic expectations based on your roof size and position of you house. This company was able to give me all that and were HONEST about it. I recommend them 100%.

I wanted to support local companies and I definitely made the right decision. Everything Solar is a local company here in Central Florida, 22 + years. The Sales representative, the installation division and the service department were all extremely knowledgeable, efficient and responsive to all my specific requirements. Zach (installer) was very detailed and professional in the installation of the panels on my roof and BJ in the office was directly in contact with me throughout the entire installation process. I had my panels installed and running since early Feb 2020. Starting in late March, my Duke Energy bills have ranged from nothing ($0 as I had credit for producing more than I've consumed) to a high of $20 on a rainy and overcast month. Very happy with the installations service and production. Highly recommended .

I was pleased with the entire process from scoping to installation to the bill. Brad kept us well informed the entire time, there was no surprises, no other up charges. I had my system installed ~18 months ago, and have had fault free operation ever since. My installation was smooth, communications with Everything Solar are easy and timely, the sales people are extremely knowledgeable, the sales process was 'no pressure', and the prices were very competitive. They install top quality Panels and Inverters, and back everything they do.

After careful consideration we chose Everything Solar. They exceeded our expectations. The install and process was flawless and went much better they we thought.

With the federal tax credit reducing to 21% starting 2021, we decided to get solar on our roof before the year-end. We were barraged by a gang of companies. Some of them were simply scamsters trying to make a quick buck. However, we chose Everything Solar because they have been doing this for over 20 years. Brad Launs and his team of professionals are not the usual pushy salesmen. They are technically savvy and passionate about making a difference to this world. I went through the design / approval and installation of a 14kWp system on my rooftop and its been about 2 weeks now. The system is excellent - though too early to tell, I can see it produces ~ 65 kWh on a good sunny day and my consumption is ~ 40 kWh only. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are in it for the long haul and know what they are doing.

Brad and his team walked us through all the details of the installation process. Very professional installation crew and excellent workmanship. They are always willing to talk and answer any questions. Not pushy and don't oversell. We looked at several companies, and Everything Solar was the best product and service.

Everything Solar did a wonderful job. They walked us through the details of installation and kept us informed throughout the process. Did not oversell . We went with solar PV and a solar hot water tank. many other installers would not do the hot water. Definitely recommend.

From start to finish Brad and his team were very professional and took pride not only in the product but the service that they provided. Brad ensured that the system we chose would best fit our needs so that we weren't over purchasing. We also switched from a gas pool heater to a heat pump from Everything Solar and WOW what a difference!

From Sales to completion this company is professional and very customer service oriented. I had a single issue initially with the system and they were able to order, deliver, and install the replacement within the week. The county inspector even provided a comment "I wish more companies would take pride in their work like this one did" that is saying something since they inspect a multitude of systems a month.

Everything Solar installed a Sunstar Solar Pool Heater ... three months after install a header joint started leaking ... they came out and could not find the leak, came out again, told my wife they fixed the leak but it was still leaking. Came out again, still did not fix the leak. Today, I turned on the solar heater and there are three header leaks. One is so bad I cannot use the solar. I am not sure if it is the installation or the product itself but this solar system stinks. The header connections are square molded plastic and there is no way to tighten them. I just wish they install a normal solar heater system that used standard 2 inch round pipe headers...

Great people to deal with. Elisa stayed in contact and answered my concerns from the initial quote to after the installation. In fact, the entire team was extra accommodating: working around my lack of phone service in my office, resolving issues with the financing company, pretty much everything that didn't require my signature was taken care of. I even had to let a couple of the installers in my garage and go back to work while they did their thing - a scary thought with 4 motorcycles and all the tools of a home bike shop - but nothing went missing and they got the job done!

I am very pleased with the quality, professionalism and workmanship of my solar water heater installation. I have noticed a great savings in my electric bill. I was also impressed with the follow up service I received. They made sure everything was in order and were efficient in getting me the documents required for my solar rebate.

Elisa from Everything Solar was the most knowledgeable person to come to the house to give me an estimate. I had 5 different people and only Elisa took the time to go over all the options and explain everything in detail. So far this is the best investment I have made in my home and my future. I ended up installing a 7 Kw system and my bill went down to almost zero! I went with the black frame panels and they blend in great. It is a great feeling to know that I can contribute to doing the right thing for the environment and at the same time save money on my electric bill.

The system that I purchased was installed and preformed just like our salesman, Brad, said. We also had a problem with out solar controller and they came out at N/C and repaired our actuator. To our surprise it was our fault because I flipped some switch that I was not suppose to touch. I was educated on the switch while they were there.
