We heard some vibrating in the roof and had customer service send Ramses out to help. He found a few clamps that were loose and tightened them. He was very polite and pleasant. Thank you Ramses.

Our inspector Ramses was absolutely wonderful. He arrived early for the appointment and provided excellent customer service. He was pleasant to work with during this experience. Even though he had to wait 8 hours for code enforcement to arrive, he remained patient and professional. Thank you Ramses. I hope you receive an abundance of praise and recognition for your outstanding customer service.

awesome service from start to finish

Today I received a call from Ms. Morales giving me a ETA on her Arrival to my surprise she was earlier than scheduled by about 45minutes. She arrived introduced herself and explained to me what she will be doing exactly while installing my Hybrid water heater. She also gave me recommendations and asked my opinion on how I wanted it installed that was very thoughtful and generous of her. She concluded the installation by showing me how to work the water heater and all the cool features it has. Also showed me what to do in case of an emergency most companies just say call us and leave me clueless and waiting for help. Thank you Morales for an Awesome install and customer service experience.
