Sales commissions unpaid, no one take responsability.
I have sales commissions unpaid, been calling since the month of May. The person in charge of the sales representatives doesn't work in the company anymore, the person in charge of the recruiting process doesn't work anymore. No one responds after many e-mails. Not convenient for a sales representative job, even with a signed contract.

Disappointed with everything
False promises accused, they told me that with the solar system I would save on my electricity bill, that my bill would be $17.00 or $25.00 but it's all a lie. Now I have a fixed promissory note for 25 years of $227.37 plus the electricity bill this month of $93.44 for a total of $320.81, a difference of $12.00 from last year. This is a false hoax. And it took 1 year from when we started the negotiation that began on May 28, 2022 and on May 16, 2023 they finally finished the installation.

Satisfecho
Estoy satisfecho con el trabajo hecho por las personas que trabajan en Equity Solar, son un tremendo equipo, desde Edgar que fue la persona que se sentó conmigo y mi esposa a explicarme todo como es el proceso de tener los paneles solares, los muchachos que instalaron, las personas detrás del teléfono llamándote para dejarte saber sobre cómo va el proceso todo son un excelente grupo. También quiero decir que todo lo que Edgar me dijo sobre el tiempo para poder tenerlo funcionando y el precio se a cumplido al 100%
