Me instalaron unos paneles que el primer año dejó de funcionar lo arreglaron pero igual siempre he tenido que pagar$360 por los paneles y servicio de luz entre$200 y $300. Este mes dejo de funcionar y trato de comunicarme con la compañía y todos los teléfonos están desconectados. Estafadores y aprovechados.

The system says it is producing 800KWH per month but the power companys says they are only recieving HALF that much. NO ONE RETURNS calls. I have these 2 numbers both go to Voice mail after 3 minutes. 818 784-2300 and 855-976-5275. Both work, I leave message No return calls. . .

They are not answering the phone it getting money for nothing I paid them for no service I pay FPL big money while my panel paid oof

I would lack space,there are so many bad things that I have had to go through with this company Equisolar!From the beginning,only headaches,they sell you the idea of taking care of the environment and saving,which does not exist,years of sadness and disappointment,they installed and almost a year to start working,they broke my roof,we did not receive the promised discounts,they leave you on call waiting,you pay three electricity,paneles and interest!fatal!

If I can give this company “0” stars I would. First the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism of these peoples is astonishing. Contract was signed May 2023 and since then it has been a NIGHTMARE trying to get a hold of anyone from this “so-called” credible company. The only way to get a response is by going directly through financing company and even then once we do get a call back they just lead us on saying they are waiting on getting a tech out to our home. We are in August, solar panels installed but yet not working. Payment is being made for a non operational system. This company has taken advantage of my senior parents who are Spanish speaking and painted a beautiful picture of them being able to help the environment and save money with solar panels that don’t work. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU WITH THE THOUGHT THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE REBATES AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF ALL PERMITS. NOT TRUE!!!

Sold me a system back in August. I advised them that I needed to replace roof before the installation. System was installed anyways. I kept calling them to remove the system so that I could replace the roof. Nothing was ever done. They kept telling me that it was going to be schedule for the following week. After numerous calls the system was finally operational in may I'm still waiting for the panel to be removed to replace the roof. Removal was scheduled once before only to be cancelled at the last minute. The company that they work with in Florida Pembroke Pines

The company that they work with in Texas for the installation of the system does not want to work with them because they don't pay. I have asked them to hire someone locally to service my system. I have offered to hire someone locally only to be told that the warranty will be void if someone else does. it. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Totally I don't recommend this company at all. My system quit working exactly after a year due to the inverter. I reported and been expending a lot time talking with equisolar representatives, Jasmine, Dulce, Jennifer and supervisor Perla about the issue and after two months my solar system still out. They haven't been able to fix my solar system, while I still waiting for them to send the technician to come to fix, I have continued paying my loan and my electrical bill. Also, they promised me to pay for my loan for 12 months. After a year with them, they just have paid 9 months and still owes me 3 months that they haven't confirmed yet with me, when I will receive the money.

I would recommend this company since they were very transparent and clear as far as what I would pay. Also the fact that it has better benefits than some of the other sole companies are offering. And Juan Marrañon was awesome and took the time to explain everything. Thanks Equisolar!

Nothing but problems from the start. Terrible customer service. Say one thing and don't come through. Needed legal assistants to get things done.

the system doesnt work, now i have a debt paying the solar system plus electrical bill. Location of panels was wrong. They are not competend enough to installed were you can get more charge on panels. Service is very bad, if you call they have incompetend people that answer and they dont know what to tell you. After talking with them they want for us to pay for all the work that they did wrong. So pay for technitian and at the end nothing works and dont want to be responsable for the work that they perform.

Horrible service. They told me that I will have operating panel 5 days after installing the panels but it has been more than 5 weeks and my solar panels have yet to be turned on. Every time they have a different excuse. I have yet to see if the I will get the savings they promise, but currently the power I am suppose to be getting per contract do not match with the paperwork they send/received from the power company. Still waiting on a response from them to explain. Based on their customer service only , I do not recommend them

This company refuses to let us off the contract! They installed the solar panels ILLEGALLY against our city’s codes! Now they want to keep my dad liable to the contract when the company clearly broke the contract first! If they continue to refuse to stop the contract then we will take legal action. This company will tell you anything just to take your money. They don’t care if they break your city’s codes or how crappy they installation is.

This company is ripping off the customers. They charge 3 times more for a solar system than any other company. They will tell any lie to be able to sell. Customers will get 2 bills, one for the solar system and one for the electricity bill and total is way more than without having the solar system

I contacted Equisolar about installing Solar for my home.. I had received quotes from 4 other solar companies and they were the most affordable option and offered me great financing. Their solar installation team did everything they were supposed to and got my solar panels up fast. I was happy because my electric bill dropped significantly. Thanks Equisolar!

We were referred to Equisolar by a friend who used them to install their solar. I called several Solar Companies in California. Many seemed more interesting in selling me and getting me as an account. When I called Equisolar Inc the things that stood out with me was how much they cared, educated me on what I needed, helped me with financing and their solar installation team was great. I have since then recommended them to several friends and family. Great Company !

I went with Equisolar and couldn't be happier. They were so friendly and fast. I received different financing options which helped me to decide what would work with my financial situation. They finished the installation a few months ago and my bill went from about $250 to $50 as promised. I am very happy with them

We are paying twice as much as we did when we were paying for electricity just through PG&E. Was told we had used more electricity then when they calculated for year. Was told from onset would not have a.bill. We have paid $22000 for these solar panels and still had a true up bill of over 2000 dollars. Called and was told sorry not their responsibility even though they said we would not have a electric bill. Had only 3 days to cancel contract and no way would a person know what they would be.actually paying until true up bill came around a year later. We relied on them giving us advice on solar at the.beginning and not having a electric bill was pretty impressive to us. We are locked in now for 5 years so research your solar company because we have found out that.we paid high dollar for solar panels compared to other companies. We even replaced our air conditioning unit since they said we used twice as much as year before. Of all our 25 years we have lived in our home we are now stuck with a solar bill and electric bill.that is higher than we have ever.paid. Something doesn't seem right. We should not have been told there would be no electric.bill. By the way the.salesman.doesn't work.for.them anymore. We really regret buying solar. There are two good things we have a.25 year warranty 15 year parts, labor and service and they come and clean them twice a.year which we found out after we called regarding our true up bill.

Using RoboDialing and other unsavoury tactics that would lead a reasonable person to believe that their negative sales techniques will lead to poor installation ethics et al. I'd steer clear

I am really happy I chose Equisolar to install my solar system. I had met with two other solar companies before I met with them and did not want to lease or pay a lump sum. Thankfully I my representative from Equisolar did a great job explaining the benefits of owning and how there financing plan worked. Now I have solar power in my home and I pay next to nothing.
