Salesman contacted me regarding a review of our unit which would be 2 months. Suggest that it be communicated in the presentation. Two bills from the electrical company showed little savings and was starting to question the unit. Not a good thought for a homeowner spending thousands of dollars.

Work was actually completed ahead of original schedule due to a cancellation. Quality of workmanship was excellent. Unit is working well savings are running about 30 to 40% per month. SRP took two weeks to come out and inspect and turn on unit. That was one of the more frustrating things getting them to allow us to start using the system. It`s working well now and we are very satisfied.

Charlie Miller was excellent. He came out to answer questions several times. He was very professional and courteous. He called us about a month after the completion of the job to come over to see how the system was working and producing! A plus

I want to specifically thank Mr. Mike Brogdan for the excellent work that he and his team provided. He treated our home as though it was his own!! The company should award Mr. Brogdan with some special bonus. Great Job!!

Ill reserve my final comments till I see if the roof leaks during rainstorms. They admitted they had broken several of the roofing tiles during the installation, but I was assured they "sealed" all of them. Ill wait and see. However, it seems to be a good company and Im sure they would make any problems right. System works great. Jim Converse

Additionally, the estimated electrical savings was right on. Allwest said we would generate approximately 25% of our own electricity and that is precisely what our system is doing.

My original install was done by the dishonest John Walker owner of the now defunct Sun Amp Co. Dave haycock came and fixed all the incompedent work done by them and installed new batteries (orginal were used)and a new backup generator as other one installed was not built for the use it got due to the wrong installation done by Sun Amp. I can not stress enough how profesional and qualified the people at All West Engery are and would recomend them to anyone and have.

I cant say enough about ALL WEST ENERGY and the crew who did the prep work before install to the partner co-owner who is a hands on guy on the install. Keith our sales rep. and now sales mgr. is now a personal friend now.As far as the other Co. I contacted in flagstaff and wont mention their name who said they were the only game in town & cost was 2x more then A.W.Energy along with a cheaper system to boot. I told All West Energy any time they wanted a Ref. or bring a potential Cust. I would be more then happy to show or give a Ref. no need to ask or set a appt. just come by or have them call me. They Rep. Your product like a good product with good support should be, which out here in AZ. and real world is uncommon. Myself I have a service related company in the IT sector and backing what you say and do is a uncommon thing these days, I know all my business is word of mouth just because I know what can be done ,but what would be best for my cust. and if I cant do it I dont and say why. I am from Ca.so no need for Ac. by the beach along with in 2yrs out here APS prices have incresed 25% so for every 100.00 it incresed to 125.00 and my house is a straw bale Art. Desinged and Eng. stamped ,it is built in a upper end development by Sedona so not typical kinda like me. I built a passave solar home in Aspen Colo. 20 yrs ago and it surpassed any doubts about solar. By they way I am a home owner builder about 50% of my building Mat. is renewble just because I can get it cheaper and better myself and the builders and contractors here Really dont know what they are doing because they dont want to change or adapt to our changeing times and the big dollar is there concern with no respect to envorment or cost or ther waste to the costomer so that is there down fall not to chang and adapt to the earth or costomer needs stick build no quilty or pride for there work . thats it F.M.Espinoza Bye now

They went above and beyond in all aspects, especially in dealing with the utility and rebates issues.

Dave and Keith were extremely helpful. Whenever I had a question they responded quickly, even on the weekend. I had talked to several other companies and they blew me off, for whatever reason. Good Power Company was excellent to work with, very professional. The actual installaton took 2 full days to complete. They did all the paperwork with the county and APS. I am very pleased. Good Job.

They worked with me on the design and ideas that I had plus the bigger wire which would give me less loss. It was harder for them to use it but they gave no problems about it. They keep in contact to make sure all is well. Any time I have any question they respond to me very quickley with a answer. Not many companys give this type of service any more. I would ref them to anyone without any fear. We have to electric in the area so solar is the best choice over using a generator full time. We looked for a system that would last a long time and not those smaller systems that allow you to live like a normal person. This company carrys the equipment that allows you to chose many different options of supply and what it can be used for.

Dave responded immediately to my request for information regarding the installation of my solar equipment; the work was completed the following week. He continues to respond immediately, via e-mail, to any questions that I ask. Dave is very knowledgeable regarding solar/electricity and I appreciate his professionalism. I purchased the components 8 years ago when I moved to AZ and realized the potential of renewable energy produced by abundant sunshine. Having lived in RVs using solar energy, I now look forward to using solar energy in my residence. Altho the PV installation is complete, it hasn`t been connected to my new manufactured home nor been approved by the county inspectors.

Very friendly and courteous service. The company`s representatives were able to explain the system from first-hand experience with the systems on their own homes and business. They walk the walk!

Proffesional and on time. Good communication. When weather was inclement he called to reschedule.

I am satisfied with the whole process.
