ESD Solar did a great job with our solar panels. Were a little concerned with how they would look on the front of the house but they actually look great. So far, our first few bills are all under 20 dollars so cant complain about that! Would recommend to anyone in the Davenport area...

Overall pleased

Jeff gave me the ability to customize the equipment for my system for a very fair price. I shopped around a lot and got the exact equipment I wanted at the right price. Install crew did very good , quick work and were very helpful.

Exceeded Expectations

I wanted to wait a few months until my system was up and running and thus far Has definitely saved me money vs paying my power company. Have been very pleased with my consultant, Jeff, has answered all my questions and always been available throughout the process.

Cant say how awesome it was

You can't go wrong with these guys. This is my second house with solar and boy do I wish I had used them for my other install as well. This company was great from start to finish and I can't begin to say how truly happy I am that I picked them.

Trust only the best

I sat with 5 solar companies before finally making a decision and the funny thing about it is that Energy Solutions Direct was the only one that gave me an accurate quote. Every one else was off by a long shot and they had a price similar for much smaller systems. If you go with any one else you are making a mistake. The best decision I ever made going solar was choosing these guys. Thanks Brandon and Dan you guys are awesome

Highly recommend

After researching solar for my home in New York I found that Jeff from ESD Solar was the only consultant I met with that could answer all of my questions and get me exactly what I was looking for. The installers were very professional and got the job done very quickly but more importantly did quality and very neat work.

Still pay the hight Energy bill same time with solar bill

I try to call the guy to help me to do the application, He told me wouldn't pay hight bill, and save 1 month. Now , I still pay my Energy bill $200 something + Solar bill. waiting working on my problem for a week and still wait.

8 months later...

Over promised and under performed. Now we have two high bills. The electric bill and the solar financed bill. I am so sorry we purchased this system.

Jeff was very knowledgable and explained everything very well as far as designing the right system to meet my energy needs. The install team worked very quickly and were very professional, they completed the entire project in the same day! I was equally as impressed by how they cleaned up after themselves as well, didn't leave any mess behind. System looks and is working great so far

Great Experience

I met with multiple companies. I found Energy Solutions Direct and my rep to be the most knowledgeable as well as the most transparent. They actually exceeded the expectations that were set forth. I am happy I made the choice to go with Energy Solutions Direct.

Overall very pleased

I had my solar panels installed by energy solutions direct for a few months now and so far my bill hasn't been much more than just a connection fee which was my goal so I am very pleased to say the least. Jeff took the time to explain to me what size system was best for my needs and even went into exact details of each of my loan options. The installers were professional and even showed me how to turn my system on after my meter was swapped.

It just gets worse

Was sold on a solar panel system from them with the promise that it would be installed and we would enjoy at least one months electricity free due to the billing for the solar system not starting until 4 to 6 weeks after we would be active. Instead we received the bill prior to our system being active. They claim that they had no idea that they would have to replace the meter can prior to city of Bartow changing the meter. My wife tried to discuss it with them but the electrical contractor was so rude she felt it necessary to leave the property. So after panels sitting on my roof for 7 weeks they finally come out to change the can. In the process they removed a switch that provides power to my main AC unit and did not rewire it correctly. Spent a very hot night in our house and called our AC tech to come out the following day just to make sure it wasn't the AC that was the problem. Also, their electrical contractor left all kinds of trash in our yard where they were working including wires, tape, electrical piping, and all of their trash and coffee cups!! What the heck? I wish I would have gotten reviews from other clients prior to using this company.

Service, project management and after installation service

We did purchased complete package with tree trimming service, ac replacement and solar panels installation. After signing the contract nobody from the company showed up at our property. Tree trimming service trimmed wrong tree and Energy solution Direct installers pointed that out to us. we did claimed that to management they promised fix it. Never happens, after year long discussions they trimmed again wrong tree. After that Dan M. stopped communicate with us. We need system serviced but no response for those requests too. We recommended 3 friends and customers who got sign contract with them and no promised referral was ever delivered to us. We asking for promised system monitoring and no response for those services too. project documentation is done for neighbors property.( can send pictures of it and all email conversation with this bs company to proove this review).

Excellent service!

The whole process was seamless from the knowledgeable sales rep to the time and through the install. I love my panels my electric bill is gone except for 15 bucks and I'm paying less than I did to Duke.

Dependable, Courteous, and Fast! A+ Sale,service, & Installation

We decided that we would go into 2017 smarter and saving money, lord knows we needed to as we are a family of 6 + 2 parent dependents! We searched and met with other companies and narrowed it down to Energy Solutions. The deciding factors? Ease and Trust!! After the quick appointment process our sales rep, Roger, showed up on time and was people person! Not a sales guy. He took the time to learn about our family and our needs. He worked with us, like a partner, to find what made sense for us instead of dictating to us what we were getting (or must have.) I ask a lot of questions and require some break it down for dummies answers, he had the patience and the humor to roll with it. I appreciated it! Perks! The installation was seamless. There were there as scheduled, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves! Roger followed up afterwards with a visit and showing us the details we had discussed. I never felt in the dark or frustrated! I highly recommend Energy Solutions!

Great Product, Great Service

I knew enough about Solar to know what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Energy Direct gave me what I wanted at a price better then expected with out me asking and no hassles. The installation went smoothly and I am saving money instantly on my Electricity costs on my first month!
