EcoOne was the sales company for my solar system which just went online. I think the company has some work to do with making the details of their relationship with the installer and, more importantly, the whole contract much clearer. The vagueness of their dealings made me a little wary but the project finished ahead of schedule, passing all inspections. Really like the installation company - Abundant Solar - and that reassured me that the system would be installed and work properly.

Loving the cost savings
Drew was my sales rep who helped me pick out a system based on my home's energy needs and what worked with my budget. He was great at explaining the way the rebates and financing would work and helped me find the best financing for my budget. The one negative thing I have to say is there is a bit of disorganization and I had to follow up several times to clarify issues or to get certain documents but overall my system is working well and the cost savings is terrific!

Repeatedly Lied to By Salesman
Drew Dusenbery lied to us repeatedly about our solar agreement. He did not inspect our current system (causing Eco Estates Solar - the actual solar company) to be put out around $5k (per their CTO David Pham). At this point we are still trying to get Drew to live up to his promises.
