Totally dissatisfied with the overall installation and service
I signed a contract with Cosmos Solaris in July 2025. In December of 2025, after 5 months of me having to continually reach out to them for status of project the system was installed. It is now March 2026. The system is not functioning per contract. I have tried to reach out to Cosmos Solaris on so many occasions to get help with no success. I have been trying to get Cosmos Solaris to send a service technician to my house for troubleshooting/remedy to problem with no success. All Cosmos Solaris does is ghost my calls and text. To make matters worse, I also need to have a Final Inspection of installation done by city/county. Cosmos Solaris continually states they are waiting for Permit. After 2.5 months I should already have had my final inspection completed and the permit signed off as approved. To date no help from Cosmos Solaris. I am totally dissatisfied with the unprofessional ethics, performance and the lack of follow up that Cosmos Solaris has shown. It has been weeks and months that they have had to remedy any issues on my project. The pure lack of ethic and constant ghosting by their representative is completely unprofessional. Stay away from this company. One of the worse experiences I have encountered.

Five-Star Solar Install with Great Customer Support...!
We just got our solar panel installation completed, and we are very pleased with the entire process. Cosmo Solaris offered a competitive system price--- AND they answered ALL my 100’s of questions BEFORE I signed on with them…! Sierra was my main point of contact, and she professionally shepherded us through the process from start to finish. Jeff was my project manager, and he kept me informed on all the sub-contractors that came through on the project. I needed a new roof, and they found me a high-quality, experienced roofing group that did a great job and at a very reasonable price. I am now able to monitor my solar panel’s energy output via a phone app--- And I’m looking for to the long summer days, where my panels will be earning me major solar energy credits…!

Happy with church installation
We had Cosmo install solar panels on our small church. We got three bids, and Cosmo's was the lowest. Cosmo included a warranty from Align Solar that would take effect in case they go out of business, which we found a compelling argument for choosing them. The other firms did not offer such a warranty. Cosmo was easy to work with, and our contacts, Hassan and John, always promptly responded to our questions, even on weekends. The installation was done within the timeframe they guaranteed, and took only about 6 hours to complete. The installation looks clean and neat. We have passed our building and electrical inspections and are awaiting FERC certification before we can begin operating.

We recently used Solaris to install our solar panels. Installation went fine they took care of the design, paperwork, approvals, visits on a timely fashion. I was impressed by their communication. My experience with Cosmo Solaris was ideal. Sierra was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. They have a 70 day signing to installation guarantee which was why I went with them and I'm glad I did!

Research before buying
I wanted to get a system installed but decided to do a little research. I found that they have been declared fraudsters by a Texas court. WNK associates is the parent company of Cosmo Solaris. They were found guilty of stealing and trafficking passwords, fraud and selling non-existent services. I would refrain from sharing any debit card numbers with this company. Superior Customer Service
I took a long time to explore solar and ultimately decided not to move forward. Ozman from Cosmo Solaris was fantastic to work with during the sales process and by far had the best communication skills of anyone out there. The problem was on my end, not wanting to finance the system at the current rates, but if my personal situation was different, I would have not hesitated to move forward with Cosmo Solaris. In fact, I told him to hold on to my bid just in case anything changes. I highly recommend this company for straightforward, honest pricing, and Ozman directly, who really knows his product.

Cannot recommend Cosmo Solaris Highly Enough!
If you’re looking for a home solar system, I cannot recommend Cosmo Solaris highly enough. We used Energy Sage to help us gather quotes and figure out how to analyze them on an apples-to-apples basis. My wife and I initially wanted to just partially replace our grid purchased electrical energy to help reduce our carbon footprint. But when we ran the numbers over a 15-year time frame, it didn’t make financial sense for us. Knowing that energy costs will just keep going up, the cost of a smaller, partial system wasn’t viable. We went back to the two best quotes that we had received and spoke with their sales reps. Hassan at Cosmo Solaris was just awesome. We asked him, how close to 100% energy replacement can you get us for no more than “X” number of dollars? We asked the other company the same question and gave them the same cost limit. Hassan came back with a proposal for 100% replacement at our budget—18.9 kW system with guaranteed 26,600 KWh annual production minimum. the other company’s answer was 78%. I’m a retired engineer so I dug deep into Cosmo Solaris’ quote and examined the engineering documents and researched the parts they proposed (panels, rails/mounts, microinverters, etc.). Their proposal did not cut any corners; everything was top of the line. Cosmo Solaris included purchasing a 3rd party 30-year warranty insurance on every part and the labor for the whole system. Other companies touted their own warranty and the various parts manufacturer’s warranties. Well, I know from hard experience, a warranty is only good for as long as that company remains in business. With Cosmo Solaris offering a 3rd party warranty from an insurance company, if anything goes wrong for the next 30 years and Cosmo Solaris or any of the various parts manufacturers go out of business, we’re still fully covered, the insurance will pay for equivalent parts and pay for labor. Awesome peace of mind. After signing the contract, Cosmo Solaris earned top marks for communication (thank you Martin!) and making good on all promises. The system was installed on time (actually finished a little early), inspection went smoothly because everything was done correctly, and when we got final approval from our grid provider, my wife and I threw the switch together to go live! Energy Sage helped us evaluate the financial side very well, in our case our breakeven will be in about six years (due to the unusually high cost of energy where we live) since we purchased outright and thus no interest to pay. Yes, there is Present Cost of Money and Lost Opportunity cost if you go that deep, however that is all more than offset by the 30% Federal Tax rebate and the state credits (SRECs-which Cosmo Solaris guaranteed for 15 years). An advisor at Energy Sage compared our system to buying a six-year annuity, once we’re past that six-year breakeven point our Cosmo Solaris system will pay thousands of dollars every year in “dividends” providing free energy for 30+ years!
