Carolina Connections Solar

Team was very helpful and prompt on all aspects. Fast forward 1 year later. I was gullible and didn't do my part in reading and knowing my contract and that's my fault. But on the other hand the sales rep was sorry. Never once told me a lein would be put on my house. Guaranteed a $10,000 tax return. [Only $4400] Sold me 12 more panels than my house actually needed. A total of 23 panels. A neighbor of mine has 300 more sq ft than my house and he has only 11 panels. I don't believe the sales rep Eric Dunn works the anymore but carolina connections r at fault just as much.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The installation crew was knowledgeable, efficient and organized. All my questions were answered in a timely manner whenever I called the office. The system works well, no issues.

The Carolina Connections team was great from start to finish. They were all very knowledgeable, courteous and worked efficiently. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Morris and Tina Daggett

The installers were very neat and efficient. We had 26 panels installed in one day, they cleaned up the site and were polite when they came in to talk to us about what to expect. I am excited to see how much we save on our power bill.

This company has been amazing! My husband and I were finally able to purchase a home and the first big thing we did was solar! We had been looking forward to solar for years before buying our home and Carolina Connections made that dream come true so easily! Everyone has been incredibly helpful and caring throughout the process. We are excited to have this new form of some independence and so grateful that they the employees we’ve gotten to know will be sticking with us for the long haul! Highly recommended! Thank you Carolina Connections! Special thanks to Jennifer, Stacy, and Eric for being our go to team!
