Unreliable .zero customer service
To start I signed doc in June of last year and just got connected to Edison nem2 in may of this year. Now I have 9 of my 27 panels not working! I’ve made contact several times to have my equipment looked at and have even spoken to a tech who was to come out and never showed up !!! I’ve got a wife at home dealing with cancer and don’t have time to continually try to deal with these people!! Angry and unhappy !!!!
