Bob Heinmiller Solar Solutions

Heinmiller has provided outstanding service until today. I call for ac service this morning and the young lady said she'd have to call me back this afternoon. I ask why can't you just give me an appt while I am on the phone, she said she had 20 people on her list a head of me. This makes no sense. As long as I have been with them I have never experireced such a rediculous customer service failure. The young lady was pompous, curt and just disconnect our call.. One bad employee without business common sense can ruin the reputation and relationship of an established company. If she is incapable of handling the requests then the system is flawed or get the girl some help! That 20th customer probably will not get a callback till next week!

My experience with Mike has been excellence very professional, friendly and he was able to explain to me very well the system he’s like a friend. Thank you 🙏 for your services and good prices. Thank you ML My system of solar panels and batteries are Ecoflow I highly recommend them; go with the Flow with Ecoflow.

Absolutely a pleasure to work with this company. No nonsense pricing. Very accommodating to my aesthetic requests on how I wanted things placed and routed. 100% recommend these guys if you want to get solar in Central Florida. Big thanks to Mike, Miguel, Dominic, Johnny, Nico and, Rico for such great work.

Bob Heinmiller is a trustworthy, family owned company with a professional team that provides quality work. Mike managed the entire engagement with respect and professionalism and was not a sales push as other companies I spoke to. Mike answered all the questions I had and not only answered but added context and education to the answers to ensure I understood everything I needed to know to make a knowledgeable decision. The process from the start was easy with Mike and I got the system I needed which included Tesla PowerWalls as backup to the whole house. The install crew equally professional is also part of the Bob Heinmiller company as they do not outsource their installation making them 100% responsible end to end. The crew treated my house and the installation of equipment with care and cleanliness while keeping me up to date of next steps & events which I needed to take action such as Tesla & Nphase transition. I would recommend Mike and Bob Heinmiller to anyone as a trustworthy and no games professional person / company & crew.

From start to finish the experience with Mike Lane has been fantastic. I never felt like I was being "sold" or "pitched" on anything. I felt like I was being educated on what would be best for my needs. Once installation started everything was smooth with a high attention to detail. I highly recommend Bob Heimiller. So much so that they are installing a new A/C for me this week. The solar system has been working flawless and producing more then enough electricity for my and my families needs.

terrible cs

I received an email (Oct 22, 2022) stating: Your generator has a fault. Your generator Kilgore has experienced an interruption in normal performance (E2800). Please log in to your account to view your detailed status message or contact your service/maintenance provider. I called and spoke with Ashley and told her I was receiving notification through MobileLink. I asked her if there would be a charge for them coming out and she said "NO". When the person came out, he said said that the button has been pushed to turn off the unit. He turned it back on and handed me a bill for $225.00. I told him what Ashley said and he said it is what it is. I told him I was not paying it. I called and finally spoke with Melody and she said she would do it for $190.00 or they would not service me again. Needless to say, my husband paid it. I had my unit serviced for its year service and received a call from Ashely asking for the money. I told her I was driving and wouldn't take that for and answer so I hung up... The next morning I received a call from Ashley at 8:15 AM asking for the money. I told her I was sleeping and hung up. I have placed 4 calls to Mark, the owner, who will not call me back. I was told first by Ashley that he would call back within the hour. I called back and was told be Melodie that he would call back that day. Yesterday I was told that he would call back by the end of day and just now I was told by Lexi that he would call me today. I want me money back for the visit that I should not have paid for. ($190.00). I wouldn't use them if they were the last Generac dealer around!

Great company to work with

I had a great experience with Bob Heinmiller Solar Solutions. The process of getting solar on your home can be really overwhelming and there's lots of different companies trying to sell it to you. Bob Heinmiller was the only company that was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend the company to any friend, family, or neighbor that is looking to add solar to their home!

Great job-well done. Efficient, dependable, fair and reliable.

Their solid reputation and length of time in the business. Very fair to deal with.

Great company performance

They were recommended by our roofer

Wonderful Company

I was left in a lurch by another solar company, and Mike Lane with Bob Heinmiller Solar came to the rescue. In a week, he had the PV system installed and up and running. I'd been waiting 7 months with another company. Mike was very thorough, kept me updated throughout, and was willing to work on a smaller size 2.8 kW PV system, which a lot of companies won't, but I needed a smaller system because the utility here will only credit 100% of use and no excess generation. Price wise they were very competitive too. Highly recommend!

Great Service

This company was one of the few who will work on a system they didn’t install. My original installation company has been not very supportive of my needs when problems occurred after the installation, so when I had an optimizer failure I called Bob Heinmiller, Their technician, Mike Lane, was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs, he even came out on Saturday to make the repair. I’ll have them on speed dial from now on for any future solar needs.
