I had three quotes - Belmont was an easy choice. They custom designed my system with my requests, building codes and practicality in mind. Phone calls were returned, schedules were kept, and contract explained. The system is up and running now, and everything works as promised. Expectations met and exceeded.

In Sept 2022, Belmont installed two Tesla Power Wall battery units at our residence in Schwenksville, Pa. We are very pleased with the result and recommend Belmont for renewable energy/battery-related installation services Our south facing roof already had solar panels installed by Solar City (now Tesla) in 2016. Following a series of power outages, including Ida in 2021, we wanted a non-gas generator power back-up with enough capacity for a well pump and other essentials -- two Power Wall batteries. Based on feedback and on-line reviews, we felt the Tesla Power Wall was the best quality back-up battery system; certainly it was not the cheapest. Following discussion and completion of a survey with Tesla, that company refused to do the install. Tesla wanted to combine their Power Wall with the installation of solar. However, our north facing roof did not meet their specs for placement of additional panels. We reached out to Belmont and provided photos and specs, then met with Ben Zoom in June. He agreed with the high caliber of the Tesla Power Wall product. Unfortunately, due to Belmont's own procurement cost of the power walls, he could not provide as low an estimate as Tesla. The recently-passed Inflation Reduction Act will allow up to a 30% federal rebate that would kick in for the batteries.

Belmont did a great job of estimating benefits, designing layout and installing our solar panels. The workmanship was outstanding, no corners cut with top grade materials used. Workers were courteous and friendly. No job site messes to clean up. The LG panels used generate high output and have the best warranty. System is generating slightly more than projected capacity. Looks great and love it!

Getting the system I needed was easy and affordable! The salesman was spot on with my needs and the install went very well with no problems!! Great staff.....

Belmont Solar did an excellent job in the selling of their solar panels and a very professional job in the installation of the solar panels on our home. After 10 years of following solar stuff I finally purchased! The mechanical components are better and the cost is less when rebates are applied. After talking to 5 solar installation groups over the last few years only one could talk with authority and complete understanding of what I needed. It was Belmont Solar. Calling Belmont Solar was simply the best call I have made. Their electrical engineer answered all questions instantly. After a few (painless) discussions and a site visit via. Google earth we had a solid quote. I put some money down and game on! They installed it faster than quoted with NO problems! They are simply the nicest group of guys I ever contracted to work on my house. Well schooled and very polite and interesting and engaging. You won't be disappointed. They also have your heating questions answered!!! My off grid system works perfectly thanks to these guys and I'm TWICE AS HAPPY than I ever thought I would be. Isaac and Jonathan installed an inverter system for our TV head end . They did an excellent job . The job was completed in a timely manner . They went and above and beyond completing the inverter install by testing it at night and cutting it over with little service interruption. They did a very neat job and made sure everything was working before they left. They even did I follow up to make sure it was working correctly and gave us some extra training on how to maintain and operate the inverter system . After looking into solar systems I knew I needed to find someone I felt knew about them & provided quality work. I learned of Belmont Solar through someone that had a system. I called & talked with Ben Zook & knew He was who I was looking for. Being a retired real estate broker I knew Ben is a man of great knowledge & character. We are off grid as I write this, just pulled the main fuzes to our panel box so we could still buy from our public provider if we might need. We are very pleased with all members of Belmont Solar & there work. When the public provider installs the meter that can turn backwards I'll plug back in the fuze.

I live in New England and naturally fiorst contacted large national companies operating in my area when I decided to look into solar. A friend recommended a local company as well. Then another friend made the crazy suggestion of trying Belmont Solar some three hundred miles away in Lancaster, Pa. Wow, within minutes of emailing Ben Zook, he called me. He was already looking at my home on googlearth, and I was impressed by his knowledge, which made everyone before him seem like they were new at their job. A month later I visited the office, Ben was very polite and as we spoke he presented himself to me as a man of much integrity, which I would quickly add proved to be totally accurate. He gave me four different systems to consider for my situation and financial situation. In no way did he pressure me or attempt to upsell. He went beyond solar to help me understand insulation was a good idea as well. It took a year due to delays on my end, but Ben was very patient. His two installers, Isaac and Jonathon arrived at my home in a snowstorm and worked half a day in it. My family felt very comfortable with them, they are great guys too and very competent. In fact they continue to advise me now, a month after the system was working, I hope they come visit sometime, they are terrific men. I have been thoroughly thankful for Belmont Solar, I have no doubt there are other good companies but none can possibly compare to Ben, Ben, Isaac and Jonathon. They are fantastic.
