Arch Solar

They made it painless

Arch Electric installed our solar panels in November 2017. In previous years we had studied and talked to contractors and even received bids: it was intimidating, confusing, and bureaucratic, especially for people like us who wish to do the right thing but are ignorant, or at least inexperienced. Arch and a local Sierra Club expert made it clear and simple and held us by the hand (so to speak) through the whole process. We are utterly satisfied.

Troy Wenzel

I am so happy to have my solar system installed and to do my part in going green and reducing the toxic chemicals going into the atmosphere from coal. Arch Electric exceeded my expectations thru the entire process.

Best Experience Possible

I looked at a few different installers and was disappointed with the response from many, I am so lucky that I decided to use Arch. Arch did everything as promised and more. They took care of every aspect of the process and made it simple. When they were done everything was clean and flawless. It was like they were never there except for the fact that I was suddenly creating power from the sun.

The Best Installers in WI

It was a breathe of fresh air to work with a solar installer that actually knows solar and isn't just selling solar. There is no question they are the experts. They completed the project in a timely fashion. The installers were very respectful of my property and consulted with me at various points during the install to ensure that I understood and was comfortable with the process. From the Sales Rep to the Installers, it's very clear that they care about their customer experience.

We love our solar by Arch Electric, the Solar Energy Experts

We were able to have our system installed in 2 days by the professionals at Arch Electric. The staff is top notch from owner to office to sales to installers, especially the installers. No part time sub contracted dummies that don't know what they're doing. The Arch team is professional, and why they are the Solar Energy Experts. If you are in SE Wisconsin and are thinking of solar for your home or business, you have to get in touch with Arch. We talked to several others, nobody offered the value and expertise that we received from Arch. We enjoy watching the production of the system from our phone and laptop with the free included monitoring.

Definitely Recommend Arch Electric

I worked with Arch Electric for the installation of solar panels on my home. As I learned about solar, they answered my MANY questions quickly and patiently. The installation team had great customer service, and I am very happy with the final product. During the commissioning, the representative from the utility company even commented on the outstanding workmanship that Arch had done. For solar panels, I would definitely recommend Arch Electric.

Residential Solar System

I'm very pleased with my decision to go with Arch Electric for my solar installation. The process went very smoothly and they delivered on everything they promised. We ran into a couple bumps along they way (some shingles needed to be replaced that weren't properly installed by the roofer). I wouldn't have noticed had the installers not pointed this out. I appreciated that instead of just getting the job done as quickly as possible they notified me of the issue as to not compromise the quality of my roof or solar installation. Even with this delay, Arch was back on track as soon as the roofer fixed their error. My system has been producing over a year and I'm very pleased with the performance of my solar system.

A terrific experience. Arch Electric walked us through the process, every step of the way, and was always there for questions, even well after the project was complete.
