David and Kyler performed maintenance and check out of my pools Solar heating system quickly and efficiently. They were on time, professional and explained what they were going to do for me so I understood. Appreciate the fast and efficient response of the Allsolar Energy team.

It’s too bad that this website does not allow pictures because my review will not do this statement of transparency any justice. Kelvin Keith of All Solar Energy Inc. was hired by Apex Roofing to remove my solar panels for roof installation and reinstall them afterwards. He failed to secure the panels and protect them from the elements by placing them on the dirt where they toasted on their sides and developed all types of stains and discoloration on them. Additionally, he left all of his trash (heavy beams and old metal parts) all over my yard without mentioning it. When he called on August 20, 2024 to reinstall, I told him not to because they no longer work and told him that as the homeowner, he is not authorized to reinstall them back on my roof. he said OK and said he would call me back and never did. When I got back in town, I discovered that he got crawled on my roof and installed them anyway, and they are not even straight and look like a horrible job that he threw together. I am appalled at all of the above, when companies like AllSolar Energy Inc are so unprofessional and so unethical breaking laws, and ignoring what the homeowner allows on their property, and doesn’t even bother to clean up his mess that I have no equipment to remove. Run. I cannot in good faith recommend.

David and Jose did a very good job relocating our water heater panel after we had our roof reshingled and pv panels installed. Kevin Keith quickly adjusted our project schedule when we had a delay.

Worked with Kelvin Keith on replacing three solar panels on roof for pool.. They replaced them within an hour and they work GREAT.. Keith was instrumental in working with me insuring I had the right size, placement and cost that would fit my need… I would highly recommend this company for your solar needs.. Thanks guys..

In this day and age, I am thrilled to have met Allsolar Energy, Inc. I had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda Floyd who exceeded my expectations. I just bought my house and had a solar hot water issue that needed immediate attention. Amanda took my call yesterday,(and I am not even a past customer) and actually walked me through a process that would get our heater restarted during this Florida cold spell. She spent time with me, was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent people skills. Then, surprise of all surprises, she actually called me this morning to check on my family and I to see if the hot water was working!! Three cheers for Allsolar Energy. I needed to get a leak fixed and the process was very simple and straight forward. Scheduling person was very friendly and helpful. Service technicians arrived at scheduled time and were very quick with the repair. I had a question on the invoice and that was answered to my satisfaction. I will use the company again and highly recommend them.

The team came out to detach and reinstall my existing panels as part of a reroof. Had a minor leak as part of the reinstall and the team came back promptly the next day to replace a BRV at no cost. Overall, happy with the service provided.

We had our roof replaced and they came and took our pool's solar panel down and then when the roof was completed. Their team came quickly replaced the panels installed a new actuator, and answered my many questions. Kevin Keith's were timely, installed quickly and were quick to respond. They handled everything the way a terrific company should.
