Allsolar Energy, Inc.

The experience with All Solar Edge was a fruitful one, I am an ex Titan customer who was left in the wilderness all alone after they went bankrupt. I had no idea what to do after my solar got knocked out (bad inverter) so I went on the neighborhood app and was given a few recommendations of All solar Energy. I called a few extra companies and though they may of charged less, they had less than stellar reviews and the knowledge that ASE displayed was much above the other companies. I was told by Ben in order to find the issue now and in the future I would need to have my roof remapped in order for issues to be easier to find and easier to follow on my own app. Felix came out and spent time remapping my roof panels and was able to determine my inverter had failed, Felix was very professional and had great customer service throughout the whole process. They sent out Dalton a few weeks later with the new inverter parts (took a few weeks because of solar edge) and Dalton was a pro’s pro at getting it back up and running, he sat there with me for over 30 minutes breaking down the process and getting me logged back into my app. There was one problem that a string of 10 panels were not working, but King Felix came out the next week and found a small loose connection and had me up and running! Amanda back in the office is a Saint and took great care of me and made me feel most valued as a new customer and client of All Solar Energy. I implore you to use All Solar Energy whether you are getting panels for the first time, or need repairs because your solar company went bankrupt. This company is easily the most professional solar company in Florida. They have wonderful employees who care about you and that’s almost unheard of in any industry today! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

David and Kyler were very pleasant to work with albeit the blazing Summer sun. Amanda saved me with her great patience when I originally called in panicking about a leak.

These guys were great. Showed up in time. Did exactly what they said they would and it cost exactly what they said it would. Friendly, helpful, all around great. They did an assessment on comp solar and solar hot water heater setup that I really needed and it was honest and thorough. Fantastic book these ladies and gentleman with confidence!

AllSolar Energy provided a quote to remove and reinstall the solar panels that Titan Solar installed 7 years ago so we could have our roof reshingled. The price was fair, included a 25 year warranty for leaks and an acceptable schedule to perform the work which met our roofers schedule. A crew of 2 workers arrived on time the for removal, explained what they would be doing and approximately when they would finish and put the equipment in my garage at my request for safe storage. Upon completion and inspection of the new roof I called to have the equipment reinstalled and was scheduled within a week of my call. A crew of 2 workers arrived on time for the reinstallation, and explained how the mounting brackets would be installed and sealed to avoid leaking. When they had finished the technician showed me that the system was up and running through the Solar Edge inverter and left the yard and my garage in good order. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

We haven’t had to use AllSolar since 2019 so it was very comforting to still hear Amanda answer the phone. She listened to the problem we were having with our pool heating solar panels. She sent out 2 technicians. They found several leaks in the system. Within a couple of days new parts were fitted and the system was fixed. The whole experience was a pleasure. The team are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I never felt under pressure or stressed and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Pool Solar Heating System Maintenance

David and Kyler performed maintenance and check out of my pools Solar heating system quickly and efficiently. They were on time, professional and explained what they were going to do for me so I understood. Appreciate the fast and efficient response of the Allsolar Energy team.

Unprofessional and a trashy mess

It’s too bad that this website does not allow pictures because my review will not do this statement of transparency any justice. Kelvin Keith of All Solar Energy Inc. was hired by Apex Roofing to remove my solar panels for roof installation and reinstall them afterwards. He failed to secure the panels and protect them from the elements by placing them on the dirt where they toasted on their sides and developed all types of stains and discoloration on them. Additionally, he left all of his trash (heavy beams and old metal parts) all over my yard without mentioning it. When he called on August 20, 2024 to reinstall, I told him not to because they no longer work and told him that as the homeowner, he is not authorized to reinstall them back on my roof. he said OK and said he would call me back and never did. When I got back in town, I discovered that he got crawled on my roof and installed them anyway, and they are not even straight and look like a horrible job that he threw together. I am appalled at all of the above, when companies like AllSolar Energy Inc are so unprofessional and so unethical breaking laws, and ignoring what the homeowner allows on their property, and doesn’t even bother to clean up his mess that I have no equipment to remove. Run. I cannot in good faith recommend.

Relocate and reinstall our solar water heater panel

David and Jose did a very good job relocating our water heater panel after we had our roof reshingled and pv panels installed. Kevin Keith quickly adjusted our project schedule when we had a delay.

Solar panels for pool

Worked with Kelvin Keith on replacing three solar panels on roof for pool.. They replaced them within an hour and they work GREAT.. Keith was instrumental in working with me insuring I had the right size, placement and cost that would fit my need… I would highly recommend this company for your solar needs.. Thanks guys..

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

In this day and age, I am thrilled to have met Allsolar Energy, Inc. I had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda Floyd who exceeded my expectations. I just bought my house and had a solar hot water issue that needed immediate attention. Amanda took my call yesterday,(and I am not even a past customer) and actually walked me through a process that would get our heater restarted during this Florida cold spell. She spent time with me, was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent people skills. Then, surprise of all surprises, she actually called me this morning to check on my family and I to see if the hot water was working!! Three cheers for Allsolar Energy. I asked to speak with the owner, Ed, and shared my wonderful experience with his company and Amanda. Needless to say, I would highly recommend them. With appreciation, Annmarie Gallo

Pool solar panel leak

I needed to get a leak fixed and the process was very simple and straight forward. Scheduling person was very friendly and helpful. Service technicians arrived at scheduled time and were very quick with the repair. I had a question on the invoice and that was answered to my satisfaction. I will use the company again and highly recommend them.

Very Good

Showed up on time. All went well

Happy with the Job

The team came out to detach and reinstall my existing panels as part of a reroof. Had a minor leak as part of the reinstall and the team came back promptly the next day to replace a BRV at no cost. Overall, happy with the service provided.

Great Service

We had our roof replaced and they came and took our pool's solar panel down and then when the roof was completed. Their team came quickly replaced the panels installed a new actuator, and answered my many questions. Kevin Keith's were timely, installed quickly and were quick to respond. They handled everything the way a terrific company should.
