They won’t fix their mistakes
If anyone considers getting solar and furthermore considers Advanced Solar & Spa located in Fort Lauderdale and Fort Meyers. Please do not use them! We paid over 70,000 to them in 2016. Now my micro inverters are having serious issues and the array that is shown is wrong because they did not place the panels with the micro inverters in the places that they showed to be according to Enphase. Now I am stuck with output problems and the only way to fix it is to have another company take the panels off the roof and check them individually and reinstall. At a cost of roughly $2000.00. I have tried repeatedly to get Advanced Solar to fix their mess up and they will not respond. All they did was send me a list of the panels and micro inverter numbers but I have no idea where on the 41k system they are. Enphase sent me a new micro inverter. However when the guy I hired went up there to change it the bad micro inverter didn’t match the panel. These a- holes just put them up in no particular order instead of following their own schematic. I have begged them for their schematic and have received zero help.

Outstanding from installation thru service needed since
In the 3+ years since we had them install our house solar with battery back-up they have been awesome. Front desk, in house staff, and techs timely and knowledgeable. We had an electrician replace ancient electric box last year and Jay, MOST knowledgeable from install thru this project. He made sure all solar was reconnected properly. I can highly recommend them.

A year of planning, and then complete
I started the process early on, we wanted to add solar PV to our new home build. Our initial contact was over a year in advance. Preliminary guesstimates were made to our needs and sizing. Once contractor was completed enough, Advance came in. Quick, professional work, and a perfect running system. We had spec'd one size inverter, they installed next smaller based on engineer input. That might be only downfall, in case I want to add panels. Installed system without battery backup, so our goal was to net-meter to about 0, but our grid usage exceeds solar output (my fault, not theirs). Hard to plan based on theoreticals, but system is great, follow up is good, any and all questions answered quickly. Great experience. Installed 25 Panasonic panels, Solar Edge Inverter, with app monitoring, also solar hot water.

Excellent Experience
Our 9.9kWh system was installed in November 2019. We now pay FPL $9.97/month on average. Almost 100% of our net power needs are provided by the sun. The only hiccup during our installation was due to our metal tile roof. Advance researched the issue and found the proper brackets. They even consulted with a roofing expert to confirm that the installers used the proper technique. Now, we have reduced our bill to practically zero, enhanced our home's value, and obtained a tax credit. Plus we have the added assurance that we have reduced our impact on the environment.

Excellent Service
Michelle Catania is everything a great sales person should be. Call backs were quick, she never over represented her product, and offered several alternatives. The workers were likewise great. Professional, neat and clean. Great job. They told me that I would produce 1498 kw hours+/- 4% for April. I actually produced 1603 kw hours, +7%. I couldn’t ask for better. I highly recommend Advance Solar.

We just had the Heliocol solar pool system installed on our home. We are very happy the information given to us from the quote to the install. Everyone we talked to was professional, install went without a hitch. We have had 3 systems on our home and this has been the best experience.

I will never forget them
Lost permits, trash left of property, tools left in yard, vast delays in the installation process then not keeping us properly informed about why the delays were happening (lying), Lied to our faces to get us to sign a contract then not putting said promises in contract, no assistance in the net metering application then holding the permits from us for weeks so we cant finalize the net metering application, sending us the wrong permits, denials about lost permits and debris left in yard and roof, holes left in yard from ladders....it goes on and on. Buyer beware. Very unprofessional.
