Active Solar recommended a ground mounted array for our site because we had a perfect spot on our land for it to be tucked away in the back of our property. The sales team was very informative and helped guide us through the incentive process with NYSERDA and how the tax credits worked. The installers were professional and walked us through how the system worked once it was completed. They were and have been very pleasant and professional every step of the way! We have been very happy with our ground mounted solar array and our decision to use Active solar.

Active Solar explained the process and gave realistic expectations. My install was a little unique, and Active Solar had not issues engineering to match my needs. They are not a cookie cutter solar company. Active Solar had done solar on both a home and a commercial building close to me, so I was able to see completed installs. I was able to speak to the satisfied customers before I had them evaluate my home. I would recommend Active Solar an honest and professional install.
